Information: Through a network of high class individuals living within the land of the water Umeno Matsuri has received a malicious request. Groupings of political sycophants are willing to pay high amounts for the assassination of a particular feudal lord. With hopes to disrupt the northern islands Matsuri has been assigned to take down the northern most feudal lord. The fuedal lord is a man named Hiroki Kazou who sits at the top chain of islands within the Land of Water. Hoping to end the profit off of forced labor within the north Matsuri has received full discretion.

Matsuri

    Matsuri sat in a large chair high up within his Kage tower. There was quite the downpour striking against the window behind him, but deep in focus he sifted through the paperwork atop his desk. In an attempt to make his work-space look presentable the Mizukage began organizing and putting away files. Within mere moments two members of the highly elite V could come trotting on in most likely drenched. Earlier in the evening Matsuri had requested two of his own ninja to retrieve Kokuun, Rin, and Haise, yet in this moment Matsuri continued frantically preparing. Waltzing back over to his desk it was notably cleaned off except for two clean towels and a small scroll. Taking a breath Matsuri slouched back into his chair and leaning down he opened a drawer. Peering up at him was his signature black mask which sparked an idea. I should probably look much more serious, so they understand the gravity of the mission. Quickly pulling his mask over his face Matsuri closed the drawer grabbing at the scroll on his desk. Pushing his chair in he turned around to face a tall window that sat behind his desk. With his scroll holding hands crossed behind his back the Mizukage stood tall waiting for V to arrive...

Rin had been interrupted by another shinobi while she was training by herself, as she frequently did. This shinobi informed her that her boss, Matsuri, had called for her. Immediately, she set off to his office. She appeared not long after she had been alerted, and knocked on the Mizukage's door. "It's Rin," she said simply, as she waited to be let in. Boss probably wants us to do a mission, she cracked her knuckles as she thought about putting her training to work, nice.

[Pain]

Hisaki was prowling the streets of the village, watching over as he usually does in between his training and tasks. A shinobi that he recognized from the Kage tower approached him. Hisaki spoke to him then started heading towards the tower. Arriving to Rin outside the door, awaiting entrance. I guess it is time to get my hands dirty.

[Sakuga]

Akira was alone on the streets of Hyoudengakure patrolling for anyone that might be doing something against the Kage's understood laws, or his own.  The rain poured down from the sky, drenching his coat.  The water slid off of his jacket quickly like a waterfall.  Akira stood for a moment pondering the physics of such fluid movement, but he was interrupted.

A messenger approached Akira wearing a black tunic with a sword on his back.  "The Kage wants to see you bud."  Akira raised his eyebrow at this stranger. "Bud?"   The stranger sized Akira up and realized just exactly who he was.  "Uh~! Sir!"  The messenger then saluted Akira, he must have remembered he was a member of "V".  That's more like it.

Akira shimmied over to an overhang where he was safe from the rain and looked for the Kage Tower in the distance.  He spotted it in the horizon, rain splashed and bounced from the surface of its walls. I'd better get moving.  Akira began his journey to the tower that stood ominously in the distance.  Surprisingly it didn't take long for him to arrive. 

Before he knew it, he was standing outside the door to the Kage's office.  Matsuri is just inside, I shouldn't keep him waiting.

Akira was a bit late compered to the others so he opened the door and inside he found a few fellow members of V, and his glorious Kage standing before the window.  Rain gently pattered against the window...  upon entry Akira bowed.

"My Lord."

    Behind him sounded a feint knock followed by a voice, "Come in," hummed Matsuri. Turning his body around the Mizukage faced Rin and Kokuun, "Now, where is Haise? This is of the upmost importance." Walking around his desk Matsuri closed in on the two, he stood high above them. "Well anyways, our current goal is set on a northern island within the Land of Water. We have received quite the large --,"Haise quietly let himself into Matsuri's office. Leaning forwards with his upper body between Rin and Kokuun Matsuri responded,"Welcome Haise, speed yourself up and explain the rest to Rin and Kokuun." The Mizukage proceeded to toss Haise the mission scroll. As Matsuri pulled his body back to position he turned his back to V. V's leader walked around his desk approaching his office window. Opening a locker to the right of him revealed white fur coat and small pack. As he slipped off his white suit jacket Matsuri pulled the fur coat over his turtleneck. With his pack at his side he pushed his office window open. Rain began to blow through and there was a large strike of lighting outside. Turning back to face V the Mizukage leapt from his Kage tower. Only plummeting a few feet down Matsuri's hand formed the dragon hand seal. Using Ranton Koukuu Ninbassugre created a fairly large thunder cloud beneath the Kage. Landing as if on feathers Matsuri slowly rose back up to retrieve V.

As everyone came into the room, they were given their mission, and the boss started getting in his more active gear, Rin really started to get pumped. She loved it when they got high-end targets, they always looked so smug until Rin kicked in their fucking throne room door. I might just go all out, just to show them how strong we really are, she thought to herself. As she was caught up to speed on the mission by Akira, she was hardly listening, drifting in and out a bit. However, once he was done, Rin snapped back into it. Rin left the boss's office and went into her own locker room and started to change. Rim removed her normal combat leotard and changed into black boots, black insulated leggings, a thick black winter sweater, a thick dark canvas jacket with a red interior and a red facemask, with a red full body suit underneath. She then returned to her boss's office and hopped his signature thunder cloud and awaited the others, they had a job to do.

[Pain]

Walking into the room, Hisaki grinned at the thought of a mission. A high rated target too, that is a lot of bodies. "I think I'll collect fingers this time." Hisaki laughed. Watching boss gather his materials, Hisaki pulls his hood over his head and heads over to the V locker room. Opening his locker he acquires his long sleeved undershirt to wear beneath his cloak to protect from the cold. Hisaki also grabs some tools as he would call them.  His shurikan and kunai. He also grabs one of his more intricate items. A senbon-filled umbrella, his specialty. All red umbrella with a his black insignia printed on top. After collecting his tools he comes back into the room hopping on the storm cloud created by the Mizukage. So powerful. After all, I only pledge myself to the best. That's why I put down those good for nothing Faded Skulls. Hisaki smirked at the thought. 

[Sakuga]

Akira read what he guessed was the rest of the mission file to the group.  He came in late afterwards how exactly was he supposed to know where they were on this mission file. "... The fuedal lord is a man named Hiroki Kazou who sits at the top chain of islands within the Land of Water... So we're assassins today?"  Akira is used to dirty mercenary work, but this work was absolutely filthy.  Go to location, liquidate, and leave?  Sounds like a blast.  "This is some pretty heartless work we've got here."  Akira opened a locker where he kept extra clothes and switched his long trench coat for a thick and heavy gray fur coat. He brushed off his freshly primed coat before finishing his statement. "Good thing I've got no heart."  he pulled his long silky hair from inside the coat and unto his back before joining the group as they hopped unto their lord's cloud.

The group started to gently fly off on the Kage's cloud toward the docks where a boat would be waiting for them.

    As the group made their way throughout Hyoudengakure they soon arrived at the illustrious docks. Riddled with shady characters there was a scattering of individuals as the Mizukage touched down. As his cloud dissipated Matsuri's feet gently landed into a puddle. With V behind him the Kage approached one of the last docks within Hyoudengakure, and here sat four ninja. Approaching Mastsuri was greeted with a unified bow and one high pitched voice, "Welcome Mizukage, your ship awaits to head directly to Kousetsustubamesato." Sitting behind Hyoudengakure ninja was a small mostly brown ship, yet with a fairly large white flag. This was as Matsuri had hoped due to fear of persecution based upon being Kage. Now that his anxieties were quelled Matsuri was read to set sail! As he moved past his own ninja the Mizukage set foot onto his ship. A small older man peeked out from the helm, he had a single black eye-patch and barely any hair. "Well howdy there Mister Mizukage, my name is Ohama Kagetaka. I'll have you know I started the eye-patch trend much before you. Anyways I'm sure you know where I'll be taking you and your ninja today. Kousetsustubamesato is known to be quite cold and treacherous, I'm glad you came prepared... I promise I will get you and your crew there in a very timely manner," as he retreated from the railing on the helm Ohama's body disappeared. Following this was a loud thud and grunt, and Matsuri then looked back at the rest of V.

As everyone got onto the boss's cloud, the group set out for another V mission. That basically meant someone was going to die. They soon arrived at the docks and, once they arrived at the vessel, Rin boarded the boat with no hesitation. No point in stressing about possibilities, I'd rather an attack hit me than the boss, and whatever comes at me I can easily handle, she sat and prepared for travel. As the old captain spoke to the boss, Rin wanted to kill him. He was rude and obnoxious, but she kept herself calm. She let out a sigh, as she waited.

[Pain]

The thoughts of killing rummaged through Hisaki. It's always fun to do what I love. Hisaki was also thrilled about his chance to try his newly made daggers issued to him directly through the Mizukage. One of the Seven Legendary Weapons of the Mist, Anrui Kashi. The blades of Silent Tears and Apparant Death. I've already gave them a taste of blood on some of my personal time, I truly love the compelling story of love invested in the dagger. So morbid, I love the pain that comes from and inflicted by these beautiful blades. While boarding the boat, Hisaki approaches Matsuri, "Sir, I must say I appreciate these beautiful daggers to the fullest. They are the perfect tools any job. To take any life required... for you." Bored of listening to the small talk from the Captain of the ship, Hisaki stalks off to a deeper part of the ship. 

[Sakuga]

Without even looking at the captain of the vessel twice Akira boarded and went under deck.  That's enough of all that rain.  He shook off his coat and sat down on a crate in a corner of the deeper part of the ship.  Akira noticed Hisaki skulking about down there with him, but he figured he should probably leave him be.  That guy gives me the creeps.  The way he moves... and that ghostly skin of his.

There were a few gaps in the wood above those in the underparts,  a bit of water dripped from them annoyingly.  ...and I thought I escaped the rain.

After a few moments of waiting,  the boat made some rather gutteral noises and departed from the docks.  Didn't the captain die?  Who exactly his operating this thing?  Like I care.

At this point Akira couldn't resist chatting with Hisaki.  "So... Hisaki.  What's so special about those blades of yours.  You seem to appreciate them a lot, makes me wonder."

    His Executives made their way onto the temporary vessel. Soon Kokuun would approach the Mizukage offering him thanks, "Anrui Kashi exist to be the perfect tool for a master assassin. Don't thank me, congratulate your own power Kokuun." Within moments the ship began to set sail, and as they caught a strong wind Ohama's vessel left north from Hyoudengakure's docks. Facing Rin Matsuri spoke, "Retrieve Haise and Kokuun. I need all three of you above on the ship's deck so we can keep an eye out for other ships. The water's of Mizu no Kuni tend to be extremely treacherous, and despite the name we've made for ourselves I doubt we're safe." His mouth formed a forced smiled as he bowed before Rin. There was a harsh groan followed up by Ohama's voice, "Mister Mizukage, please note we have some clear weather ahead of us, but the closer we get to our destination the more likely it is that storms will form.  Kousetsustubamesato is often surrounded by intense storms, whether it's a blizzard or just a light snowfall we'll have to see." Before having the chance to responded Ohama retreated back to the ship's helm. This man is seemingly much more comfortable separated from the rest of us. At least he's keeping to his own for the most part....

I'm going to rip you in half

Rin listened as Kokuun and Matsuri spoke to one another about his specialized daggers, and as they did Rin looked down at her massive gauntlets that almost seemed to radiate power. She felt as if they were encouraging her last for combat, if they were then they were lucky, Rin would not resist. As the Mizukage spoke to her, she stood attentively and got to retrieving the other two immediately after bowing and responding "on it," to her boss. As she left she heard the captain speak again, he better not try and talk to me or he may get hurt... she thought to herself as she descended to the belly of their boat. As she entered the lower deck, Rin spotted Akira and Hisaki, her fellow members of V, and approached them. "You two. The boss needs you upstairs, I suggest getting over any discrepancies you have with the rain, looks like we're standing watch." Rin then left, returning to the surface. She assumed the other two would follow her, and already began to set out. Hyoudengakure - Rin Suna - V

Hisaki, Kokuun

Surprised at the fact that Akira would approach him for conversation, Hisaki started to explain the history of his beloved daggers. ”These daggers have quite the tale behind them beside being the ultimate tools for any assassin. They come from two star-crossed lovers. Each of them owned one of the blades. They loved to kill together with their matching blades. Though things turned morbid and dark one day when the woman who owned one of the blades came home to her lover in the process of hanging themself. Hearing the cracking of their neck and watching them swing lifelessly from the ceiling caused her to crumble into weeping tears. From that day on she would wield the two blades until being driven insane by the noise that the user, and the user alone, would hear when wielding the pair. The sound of her own crying and that horrid noise of her lovers’ neck cracking. These sounds don’t only remind me of the power behind the weapons but the dark emotions swirling around them just as dark emotions swirl violently around me as I complete my task for the boss.” Hisaki finished up his story as Rin approached them explaining that the boss needs them back on deck. If I have to hear that captain speak anymore, I might just have to kill him myself. He thought as he was returning to report to the Mizukage.
