Mission Title: Kidnap: High Ranking Salamander

Information: There is a dangerous upcoming gang of assassins that specialize in poisons and traps called the salamanders. Itsuki and Takeo are to infiltrate one of their bases that scouts have found and kidnap someone within that would have a decent amount of information to use against the salamanders once interrogated. The higher ranking the more dangerous but also the better.

    A bit short on money Takeo had recently requested a mission alongside Itsuki. It was an infiltration mission which was perfect for the two. While Itsuki was a highly offensive taijutsu user he also had covert capabilities. Takeo's specialty was infiltration and information extraction, so this mission left him excited at the prospect of easy money. The chuunin waited at the gates of Tenkaigakure writing seals on the interior of his coat. The interior of his coat was filled with numerous seals for all of his ninja tools except his blade. Takeo kept his ninja-to hidden along his spinal cord under his jacket.

As was typical Itsuki, he was always working towards a bigger stage, as he put it sometimes. He would typically take up higher level missions, alongside Takeo, with high risk high reward scenarios, as to get his name out there, and acquire money. Because, as everyone knows, you can buy anything if you have enough money, which obviously includes notoriety. One can be a famous shinobi just by being rich! Itsuki... the Richest Shinobi in the Universe! It has a really nice ring to it, the teenage shinobi thought to himself. He had taken a mission up with his friend and rival, and this particular mission seemed exciting to Itsuki, one that he could get a lot of attention for, so he was ready to go! He had woken up early and taken a nice bath in the Idou hot springs that morning, then he had gotten prepared. He was wearing black shorts and a sleeveless black hoodie with the typical black Tabi. He was carrying his Inshu in a multi-slotted holster that he could hold all 5 of the blades in that he rested on his back strapped on over both shoulders. As he approached Takeo where their initial rendezvous point was, he put his hand into the sky and waved, yelling out "hey, Takeo!"

    Reaching into his coat pocket revealed Takeo's cigarette box. As he removed one from its container the chuunin placed it in his mouth. He quickly lit it and puffed on it twice. There was a cloud of smoke that surrounded Takeo. As he was finishing his cigarette Takeo contemplated smoking yet another. Reaching into his box he scanned the container, I have six left.... better save some for a rainy day,contemplated Takeo. Luckily Itsuki called out from behind just in time preventing Takeo from making any rash decisions. Flipping around Takeo spotted Itsuki waving at him from a distance. "Hello Itsuki, replied Takeo.

"Yo! Ready for a kick-ass mission?!" Itsuki exclaimed with obvious excitement, "this one seems like it'll be fun! Plus it'll help the village, and more importantly, us!" As he reached into a pouch he had that rested on the right side of his hip, he pulled out the scroll that had the details of their mission that he and Takeo had both received. As he held it out and read it aloud, Itsuki finished by saying "Alright, you ready?!" Itsuki was prepared to set off on this mission with his friend, he was all fired up!

    Taking a long drag from his cig Takeo listened to Itsuki speak. He is quite excited, it's a bit dampening, thought Takeo. As he exhaled the chuunin immediately inhaled again ghosting his hit. Takeo examined over his mission scroll yet again before replying to Itsuki. "I'm ready assuming you are..." Placing his scroll back into his coat Takeo departed from the gates of Tenkaigakure. Glancing back at Itsuki Takeo attempted to formulate a plan. "So how do you want to go about kidnapping one of these assassins? I'm fairly sure we can both mimic their appearances. Or maybe even my genjutsu could do the trick." As Takeo finished speaking he took yet another drag from his cigarette. This hit being bigger than the last left the chuunin a tad bit lightheaded. I should start being wary of these, they can be quite potent.

Itsuki left along side Takeo, keeping up with his pace, trying to stay at his side. As his friend asked him a question, Itsuki considered it, and replied "yeah I think that'd be our best plan, we could easily infiltrate and then pick out our target's afterward." Itsuki savored the lollipop in his mouth. It was grape, one of his favorites. He liked the taste so much that he crunched down on the remaining lollipop and swallowed the broken pieces. Still holding the white stick in his mouth, Itsuki looked at Takeo. "So, what should we do until we get there..." he had already started to get bored, and it had barely even been a few minutes.

    Takeo continued to savor his cigarette listening to Itsuki confirm his ideas. There was a loud crunch, and Takeo could feel Itsuki's short attention span kicking in. His friend then questioned what the two would do to pass the time. Takeo's mind wandered as he thought activities to do. He contemplated boring games that pass time, but he then got a devious idea. Looking over at Itsuki Takeo carried a distinct grin. "Itsuki, do you have another one of those special cigarettes?I'm sure that would make the time pass quite quickly."Takeo knew it wouldn't of been the best idea to indulge on a mission, but he was confident in his own abilities.

"Woah! Takeo! It's not like you to be so... Cool, on a mission. I was right! This is gonna be a fun mission!" An excited Itsuki exclaimed as he reached into his tool pouch, once again. "Hey, after we ace this mission you should come back to my house. I've got some cool stuff I think you will like, haha, yeah!" Itsuki gave a bit of information on some hidden secret that Itsuki was going to reveal to Takeo. However, it was a secret so he left it at that. As he sparked the joint, he remarked on how this one was different from the last. "I don't know if you can tell, especially considering how high you were, but do you see that this one is bigger than the other one? Special papers, more herb, and extra time and effort makes a significantly better high!" Itsuki sparked the joint as he spoke, and as he pulled on the "special cigarette" Itsuki held in the hits as he moved along the thick tree limbs. After 3 hits, he passed it to his closest friend.

    He was quite excited that Itsuki was so wiling to share. Itsuki truly is a great friend, thought Takeo. He patiently waited for his turn and proceeded to toss his cigarette out. Firmly grabbing the special cigarette Takeo took only two hits but made sure to ghost each one. He could feel his vision getting hazier as the effects sat in. Stopping for a moment Takeo had to regain his composure, yet within moments he was back to normal passing the joint back to Itsuki. "This one sure does feel stronger than the first, but don't worry I know I can handle it!" replied Takeo.

After a few hours of progressively sillier conversation topics between the two Chuunin, they had arrived at their described location. By then, the joint from the start had already been long gone, between here and there though, the two had smoked another one. "Alright, Takeo. We're here..." Itsuki was definitely high, but he wasn't stoned, and it was definitely not his first time preforming a mission high. Itsuki hid within a bush that gave him clear sight of the entrance and it's perimeters. There was a stone wall about 15 feet tall surrounding the entire large encampment. At the actual entrance, there were 4 Guards total, with 2 on each end. They were inspecting all movement in and out of the Salamander gang's camp, andthere must have been a lot of trading because people with cargo coming in and going out.

    To say the least Takeo felt "wavy"; moreover, he was now crouched behind Itsuki peaking over his shoulder.The chuunin thought for a moment before opening his mouth, so due to all the trade attacking the guards at the front may not be a good idea. Yet if Itsuki can manage to assimilate one of the identites of the incoming cargo that would be a sure fire way to get in, plus I could easily hide in a crate of some sort.Takeo felt confident in his plan and whispered to Itsuki from behind. "Is it possible for you to take one of the identities of these traders? Maybe one incoming farther back;continually, if you do this I could easily hide in your cargo."Takeo's plan sat out in the air as a bit of rain began to fall down upon the encampment.

"Nice thinking Takeo, that's basically what I had in mind! Come on, let's go intercept some merchants down the trail and assume their identities," Itsuki said to his friend as he moved from behind the bush to a nearby tree limb, and then from there through the forest up the road. There, they saw a cargo shipment that was composed of two guards and a merchant with a large wagon carried by a mule. Itsuki watched from above, as they came within his range, as he readied his Ishuu blades. Once they entered his range, they were done, as Itsuki dove from the branch swinging and spinning through the air a rapid pace like a madman. This attack, as it made contact with one of the guards, left him skewered and easily decommissioned. Itsuki then simply and swiftly thrusted his short blades into his target. With both of the guards down, the defeated merchant looked at Itsuki with a mortified expression, however Itsuki simply and swiftly killed this man as well. Afterward, using Saibou Juyou Itsuki consumed all of the cells of the deceased. The two shinobi had been wearing armor, so Itsuki stored that beneat layers of dirt and rock. After taking care of the scene, Itsuki used Saibou Henka and transformed into the merchant he had previously killed. He then turned to face Takeo and asked, "how do I look?"

Following along Itsuki it didn't take long for the two to stumble upon yet another merchant. Perched up Itsuki soon leapt on the two guarding shinobi. It was highly impressive to Takeo; moreover, he couldn't help but giggle a bit at how Itsuki looked spinning. Making his way over to Itsuki Takeo attempted to retrieve the armor before Itsuki had buried it. Yet to his dismay he was quite sloth-like currently so he had to do a bit of digging. With his bare hands muddied Takeo held the armor of one of the guarding shinobi. Walking over to the cargo create Takeo placed his original clothing within. The armor of those of Yamagakure left Takeo feeling uneasy. He had never proudly displayed his headband before, it felt odd to be doing that for a village he wasn't even apart of. I must retrieve my jacket when we get inside. I cannot lose my seals... As Takeo meandered towards Itsuki he complimented his disguise, "That is by far the best disguise I've ever seen. It's almost as if you're an exact copy, " he added sarcastically. Patting at his clothing Takeo spoke, "You think this will work?"

As the two teammates were prepared for the first step of their Infiltration & Retrieval Mission, the infiltration part, Itsuki responded to his rival."I'm sure you'll fit right in, especially with me being a spitting image and all! Alright, Takeo, you're gonna have to push the cargo. They're expecting me to be the merchant, and you're my employee," as he explained this, he started to walk towards their target location. Now completely in the form of the merchant he had killed, and with a few of his memories, due to consuming the corpse's cells, he felt as if they were more than prepared to succeed in their mission!

    His steps became much louder the closer Takeo got to the guarded entrance. Itsuki should be able to handle most of the talking, I doubt the guards will question me... thought the chuunin. Pushing from the back of the wagon Takeo made sure to put his muscle into transporting the cargo. I should look somewhat tired as we approach. Wherever we're coming from can't be that easy of the trek, especially with just the two of us. Before Takeo knew it the two had approached the gate entrance. As Takeo removed one hand from the wagon he readied his right arm. At any moment something could go wrong, and Takeo prepared to grab at a kunai. Sweat furrowed over the chuunin's eyebrow as he looked towards the guards. One of them had approached Itsuki, yet the other lingered around Takeo. Infiltration is our specialty. If anyone has got this it's us, Takeo reminded himself of this. He recognized that the Hokage had tasked them both with this mission specifically.
