International Bijuu Defense Force
The International Bijuu Defense Force was formed as a defensive pact between all villages as a deterrent against unnecessary destruction at the hands of Bijuu. This organization ensures that Bijuu are defeated when they invade and rewards jinchuriki to villages evenly. This organization is formed of ninja from any village, and is based in Hi no Kuni because of its location in the center of the continent. The ninja from each village will often have meetings in Hi no Kuni to discuss the progress of jinchuriki in their villages. The IBDF also assist with security measures during ninja academy exams that involve jinchuriki and plan to offer assistance to fledgling jinchuriki struggling to control their Bijuu. The organization only supplies support to affiliated villages, but will attempt to provide defense against a Bijuu attack for an unaffiliated village regardless of relations.

The user can calm an out of control and raging jinchuriki by inhibiting their ability to channel Bijuu chakra. The user essentially refreshes the seal locking the Bijuu inside the jinchuriki by adding a new layer of ink on top of it. The brush strokes, however, do not have to make contact with the skin of the Jinchuriki. The strokes have to be no less than an inch away from the seal, and the strokes must trace perfectly.

Name: Bijuu Shīru no justu - Bijuu sealing technique

This sealing technique is made to seal a giant beast called a Bijuu inside of it. The justu is comprised of setting up four large scrolls around a forest and sealing everything in that squared off area. When completed the Bijuu will be locked inside each of the four scrolls.
