Akira was lied to about his origin for his entire life, therefore hates being lied to and never tells lies. Those who would lie are not beyond forgiveness but are seen as exceptionally rude and repulsive to him. In battle he prefers a clean instant kill a single powerful blow to eliminate any who would betray his kage's interest.
Akira is loyal he was taught to obey his superiors and serve them without question at a young age. His mercenary origins taught him the ways of the soldier. Failure is not an option, mission first allies later, report the full truthful results of the mission, and knowledge is your best weapon.
Those that lead him, he sees as equal or even superior to himself. He only aligns himself with those he thinks work for his best interest and in return he works for theirs.

Akira is a tall and muscular man with long silky curtained white hair. His alabaster skin is polarizing when compared to the completely black outfit he wears. His outfit consist of a long belted black trench coat that hangs down to his mid thigh and collars up to his chin, red leather "V" gloves, the "V" armband, long black cargo pants that tuck into black combat boots, and a flack jacket that is normally hidden beneath his coat.
Akira's eyes are completely black with red pupils, and beneath them is a short brush-stroke of purple characterized by Ghirahim's curse.

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on an inexperienced ninja.The transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured or hit.

However, the user's chakra is distributed throughout the dome, but not equally. Near the back (relative to them), their chakra is much weaker, making the dome weaker in that spot.

The exterior of the battlefield mirrors its surroundings so unless you are inside the battlefield you cannot see it.

Akira's history is one shrouded in misery and abuse. He was born in an isolated mercenary facility in the mountains where mercenaries worked with medical ninja to attempt to unlock new and unheard of powers. In this facility mercenaries were experimented on by the medical ninja to try and become powerful, while doing missions on the side to pay for new attempts at unlocking great power. Akira was born between either a mercenary or medical-nin couple within the facility. If they were mercenaries they likely sold their child to the medical-nin and if they were medical-nin they likely sacrificed their child for science, because Akira was immediately experimented on at birth.
He was exposed to all sorts of cursed marks and foreign kekkei genkai until a rare curse mark took a liking to him.... This was one of the facilities first successes. He was first named A-103 but was renamed Akira as he started to grow up so he could assimilate into the laboratories populous. The experiments continued as he started his work as a D-rank Nukennin. He was very obviously cut above the rest of the younger ninja in the facility and surprisingly none questioned his abilities. Many were jealous, many were inspired, Akira became quite renown in the facility.
As Akira grew into a budding C-Rank Nukenin his reputation began to precede him. Many ninja looked up to him despite his mysterious origin. At this time Akira started to question his existence. Who were his parents? Are they here? Are they alive? Upon questioning his guardian scientist told him they were killed on a mission long ago. Akira could tell that they were being short with him and started to investigate his origin in his free time.
When Akira was eighteen he finally found some insight on his origin after finally being able to break into the head scientist laboratory. He dug through all the files until he found one labeled A-103 (Akira) He tore open the red tape and inside he found the horrifying truth. He wasn't strong, he wasn't a good ninja, he was a monster, an abomination created by these ninja to carry out their bidding. Akira was their top ninja at this time and this truth crushed him. He locked himself in the head scientist laboratory for days until he finally opened the door to his concerned friends and family... then he slaughtered them all. They were liars, betrayers, they were less than human to him.
After his sated his blood lust by killing every last one of those people he left. He hadn't been out in the real world very much. He wandered for some time until he came across Hyoudengakure, a village where the strong were put in power and the weak were below them. He liked the sound of that and enlisted in their services. He quickly was recognized by the Kage for his prowess and was appointed to the special unit known as "V"
