Itsuki is wild and constantly active. He is outspoken and opinionated, normally, and is known for his apparent inability to read the room, speaking when the room is silent or saying the worst thing at the worst possible moment. He likes to flip around a lot, and is very flexible and energetic. He mostly fights to make a name for himself, because of his grandiose personality he believes he needs a grand stage with a grand audience. To do this, he wants to become a legendary shinobi so that he can get the recognition he believes he deserves!

Itsuki typically looks a little goofy; moving in weird ways, posing while standing, moving his hands a lot, dressing eccentricity, etc. He most commonly wears hoodies, long sweat pants or shorts, high top shoes, and his Tenkaigakure hitai-ate on his forehead. He wears a lot of colors, ranging from black and grey to orange and purple, but he always tries to dress to impress, catch attention, and dress vibrantly! He's 5'11" and 157 pounds with a lean build leaning more towards muscular, white curly hair that is a few inches long and shaved on the sides, and he has the orange eyes of the Saibougan. Also he's black.
Since turning 18, he's taken to growing his hair out.

Saibougan (Cell Eye) is a Doujutsu that allows the user to have keen vision, seeing down to the last molecule and gaining accuracy due to it. This Doujutsu has 3 different stages, each with different perks. To go through the different stages of this you have to upgrade your ocular development stat which you must add somewhere in your stats area.

The Hiden Ninja Art of Chisoujuu is the art of manipulating ones blood with their own chakra. This allows them almost total control over their blood and as such as long as they have chakra they cannot die from blood loss. However, constantly keeping blood levels up can be taxing, and many clan members make use of blood replenishment pills in order to sustain their blood levels. Because their jutsu require blood, and the Chisoujuu users have near infinite amounts of the precious fluid, many users base their fighting style on stabbing or cutting themselves, and whilst most enjoy it, it becomes increasingly taxing for the body and practitioner ninja are generally not known to last through longer fights.
Their jutsu are based on the art of Chisoujuu, or Blood Manipulation, which allows the ninja to manipulate their own blood, or, in the case of the Bad Blood techniques, the blood of others.

Shikotsumyaku (屍骨脈; Literally meaning "Dead Bone Pulse") is a kekkei genkai which gives its wielder the ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure (their osteoblasts and osteoclasts). This style, comprised of sheer unpredictable movements, can easily catch his opponents off-guard. Even those with heightened reaction speed or something similar would have trouble with this style, due to it's unpredictability. This technique is able to be utilized against multiple opponents, easily.

This is one of 5 unique Taijutsu methods Itsuki has created around his inherent skills. The user combines the unorthodox fighting style of Hachi no Mai along with his light and sharp Ishuu. When in battle, the user holds his swords in a peculiar and unique manner. More often than employing his hands, they will wield their blades in and between various parts of his body. The first two are held in the hinge joint of their right and left arm, another between their shoulder blade and neck, one in their mouth, under their left armpit, another between the hip joint of their right, raised leg and the back leg of the same raised leg. As strange as it seems, Itsuki is extremely skilled with these blades and this fighting style which he began adopting since a young age, utilizing his Saibougan. The most dangerous aspect of this style is the unpredictability of his movements, easily catching his opponents by surprise. He can spin in a manner similar to a buzz-saw, or else employing a series of unrelenting attacks switching the locations as well as the blades with which he attack, leaving no openings for even a skilled shinobi or trained swordsman. The user is able to throw these swords from their normally awkward positions, either to hit his opponents from range, or to impale his opponent at close range and cause damage that would normally be lethal.

Unlike the straight, simple arrow that can be created normally through the Daikyuu form, the Ryuudan features several small hooks at the end, meant to keep the arrow lodged within it's target. As soon as this happen, the user can, at any point in time, cause a reaction within the arrow. This will cause the arrow to first begin to expand, as it forms millions upon millions of cells and molecules, before finally setting off in a small, yet high-powered explosion.

The user uses this jutsu to create a mass of razor-sharp bone spikes all over their body. These spines appear to be branches off their pre-existing skeletal structure rather than completely new bones. The user is even able to grow these bones at an extremely rapid rate so they can stab an opponent even as they are growing. They can even use them to block or trap an opponent's strikes. In addition to being an unwelcome surprise for opponents, it makes them basically untouchable at close range. If an opponent would start to get close to them, they can start to spin rapidly slashing the foe in multiple areas of their body.

Cell Fuukokkan Houin is a sealing jutsu meant to seal cell structure knowledge gained through the Saibou Henka jutsu into scrolls for later reuse. After copying a cell structure, the user will form the necessary seals and place their palm on a scroll, after which a special seal mark will be placed on it that can only be understood by users of Saibou Henka. Small scrolls may have one seal; medium two; large three and huge may hold five seals.

By then adding an increased amount of Carbon atoms, the blade will grow to be of a diamond-like hardness, taking on a darkened coloration, capable of doing great damage, and even parry normal blades.

Saibou Juyou is a nightmarish jutsu where the user will break down the entire cell structure of the opponent, before absorbing them into themselves. This has several uses; getting rid of bodies, healing injuries by using the excess cells to regenerate, and even obtain fragments of the victims memories, which can be effective when searching for information. It is very hard to use in direct combat, however.

Saiboubuki Henka: Daikyuu requires the user to change the cell structure of their body. Changing their cell structure in one of their arms, the user will be able to morph their arm into a grotesque bow-like form. The bow is capable of firing a sort of hardened organic arrows, grown from the users own body. These arrows, while hardened and of incredible piercing capability, are still made of organic material, meaning it is weak to everything which would normally destroy organic material, and is also incapable of piercing more solid material such as wood or steel.

Chi no Yoroi requires the user to bleed through their skin, using various pores as passageways. Doing this, they will quickly cover their whole body in chakra enriched blood, which will then harden, forming a powerful piece of armor. Excess blood can be spent to grow spikes on the armor for a quick counter-attack. Chi Bunshin require only hardening the outer shell of their blood-based bodies.

Using blood, either spilled on the ground beforehand, or regurgitated, the user will cause it to reform into the shape of a clone of themselves. The clone cannot be told apart by anyone and will be able to reform if struck, unless the attack is severe enough(such as the clone being completely crushed or blown up).

This is usually used as a follow-up to the Tessenka no Mai: Tsuru. The user's entire forearm is encased in a giant drill made of bone to attack the trapped victim. The bone is strengthened (through compression and its plaited spiral shape) to become the hardest type of bone the body can produce. The bone resembles a flower, hence the name.

The Kaguya bloodline's final dance (presumably the strongest as a last resort), this jutsu causes a giant forest of bone spikes to burst from the ground. The user is able to emerge from any bone at will, giving them a deadly element of surprise should the opponent be able to avoid the attack.

Naibu Gekimetsu is a dangerous cell based jutsu where the user makes use of their knowledge of manipulating cells. First, the user will project their chakra into the opponents body through touch, before using it to forcefully cause the opponents molecules to collapse upon themselves, causing great internal damage. If used directly on an organ, such as the heart, the technique could easily kill off the opponent by causing the organ to implode.

Saibou Henka is a very unique form of jutsu that allows the user to fully become another living being, down to a cellular level, allowing them to even make use of the person's physical traits(the enhanced smell of an Inuzuka for example). While transformed, not even the nose of an Inuzuka or the Byakugan can distinguish the Shinobi from the original.

Similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu , this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.
Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person.

This seal is one of three, the other two being Ten no Juin and Heru no Juin. Like the other two cursed seals, the user has a stage 1 and stage 2 of the cursed mark, and they get a boost to their power. This specific seal gives the user increased vitality capabilities when it is active, and it consists of three slightly curved lines. When the first level is activated, the seal turns orange-red and expands in lines spreading all over the user's body in contorting and parallel lines. When stage 2 is activated the user's skin, hair and eyes are very dark and they gain a third eye on their forehead. Stage 1: Replenishes half of the user's chakra as well as gives an increase of +4 stamina and +1 accuracy and it lasts 3/4 of the user's enhanced stamina rounded down. Stage 2: Replenishes half of the user's chakra as well as gives an increase of +6 stamina and +4 accuracy and they can cast Genjutsu upon eye contact with the third eye. The only person who can use this jutsu, Kamakiri Osuma, can quickly apply this seal by causing his worm to directly bite a defeated opponent, injecting the cursed seal beneath the skin, causing excruciating agony and death to anyone not strong enough to withstand the surge of chakra.

Black Lightning is a unique Lightning Release seal utilised by Itsuki. To utilize the black lightning jutsu you must have his specific lightning release seal that is on his right shoulder, that is a tattoo of the kanji for "black lightning". As the name suggests, the lightning produced is black in colour, but it's piercing and sheering properties as well as overall speed are increased as a result of this jutsu.

This jutsu has a maximum range of 10 meters. After kneading chakra in the body and converting it to lightning, the user places their hand on the ground, releasing a surge of electricity around them in the form of a web, which electrocutes anyone caught in its vicinity and causes spasms in their body restricting their movement.

Itsuki was treated as an outsider during his childhood. Unlike the other members of his prestigious clan, the Idou one of the 3 founding clans of Tenkaigakure, Itsuki was not talented as a youth. However, he retained a deep desire to become a famous shinobi, he always felt like he was more than just a weakling, the black ship of the Idou without control over any of the three body techniques. However, this changed whenever Itsuki finally graduated the Ninja Academy after his third year of trying, when he gained his Saibougan upon becoming a Genin.
Quickly after this, Itsuki found out that his goal of becoming a legendary shinobi and gaining the recognition he deserved would become much more in reach than he assumed. After obtaining his Saibougan and becoming a Genin, Itsuki's potential was truly reached. After this, he rapidly grew. He developed his own Taijutsu, grew important relationships with friends, and grew in strength using his 3 techniques. Now, he's began to gain recognition among his village, surpassing many of his peers along with the rest of his team. So much so, that he's even earned the rank of Chuunin.
