Kamakiri is... theatrical, in a word. He likes to have attention and to do things his way, and does not do well with authority at all, but he doesn't mind being the authority. He can sometimes pass of as a normal person due to his charismatic and light-hearted character, however behind his goofy-ish personality is a sociopathic individual that tries to subdue his boredom by being on the constant quest for knowledge and subsequently power. To him knowledge is both the thing that keeps him alive and the thing that makes him want to live. He will do anything for knowledge, and has already done so much, including killing 2 fellow shinobi from his village and transplanting their Doujutsu into himself and committing his body to the worms for science. Through his years, the things he's mastered are infiltration, assassination, and experimentation.

Kamakiri is very tall, standing a 6'4" with a skinny and light frame. Although, not unfit, due to him being a shinobi and expert assassin, though he obviously relies more on speed and finesse than brute strength. He has grey hair that goes down a bit past his ears, that he does not take care of much other than cutting every month or so. His skin is pale and he typically sports deep and dark bags under his eyes. Lastly, regarding attire, Kamakiri can typically be seen wearing all black infiltration gear, a robe with a thick rope tied around the waist, or a pristine white lab coat.

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach the moment an attack hits. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

This technique creates a barrier around a place by placing four "Forbidden" (禁, kin) tags in different locations surrounding, a fifth tag on the location to be protected. The tags are placed on flat surfaces, and are connected with the user's chakra. This technique turns the entire range surrounded by the tags into a barrier space, and inside the space, the material destruction is "forbidden". Using any kind of physical attack to try and destroy something in the barrier is folly, as it will only lead to injury. To cancel this, it is necessary to search for the five tags and tear them off simultaneously. Meaning there must be at least five people on a team to cancel it.

After throwing a special umbrella into the air, it will release a hailing "shower" of senbon. Although the needles were said to be able to pierce a five millimeter thick steel sheet, they can still be blocked by a powerful enough shield. They can also be dipped in poison to increase lethality.

The traces of surgery can also be erased with chakra, because of which there's no difference, at first glance, with a live person.

When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a scalpel, an incision is made into the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin then draws out the agent, while simultaneously repairing the damage it caused.
After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine, which can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery. This technique requires the utmost care and ability in diagnosis and incising and unmatched chakra control. Therefore, it is considered an extremely difficult technique, even among medical ninjutsu.

As this technique combines ninjutsu, chemistry, and medical knowledge, using it requires fine chakra control and advanced ability in medical ninjutsu.

Similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu , this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.
Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person.

This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a Fuuma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand.
The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning," ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summonable ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics.

In order to cancel this technique, the one who removed the tag has no choice but to somehow become stronger than they were at the time they removed it.

Each gate has a specific duty: the first red gate takes the attack head-on, the second green gate reduces the power of the attack, and the third blue gate disperses the pressure.

This also means that even if one is incapacitated, the other remains completely unaffected and as neither can truly be regarded as the original, the duplicates cannot be dispelled like normal clones. However, while split, the user's power is halved and as such they is unable to use more complex techniques.

Using Chakra Flow, this technique requires a bladed weapon; by feeding chakra into the weapon, the ninja will increase the length and density of his blade to strike an enemy from several feet out of the physical blade's range. This is accomplished by creating an invisible extension of chakra that shapes into an edge that functions like the normal blade itself.
Seeing the blade, the opponent may misjudge how far they need to move to avoid an incoming strike and thereby still be cut even if they manage to avoid the metal portion of the blade. The chakra-enhanced blades are strong and sharp enough to strike through solid rock or cut through iron. This technique works best with elemental chakra, especially with wind chakra for offensive cutting power.

First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in. If the mental image is a gruesome one, the shock will be accordingly great.

This jutsu channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces, This jutsu has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user.

The user focuses a mass amount of chakra into a bell of some sort and size, and releases the chakra in one tiny invisible explosion of vibrations that renders anyone, except the user, deaf in the mid (5-10m) area, that isn't somehow protected. If they have their hands over their ears they will be protected, but the jutsu still causes a great deal of harm. If you aren't expecting the attack, and don't cover your ears in any way, you are rendered deaf for the rest of the thread.

The advanced version of Hitoku no Jutsu, this jutsu increases both the duration and effect of Hitoku no Jutsu and conceals the target in their environment. This jutsu is very effective for concealing because of the subtlety involved. With this jutsu, the user may even move and still have its effects.

The Clone Trap is a technique that uses a clone to restrict an opponent's movements. This jutsu can be activated anytime an opponent lands a physical blow on a clone. For example, it could be used when an opponents is prepared to land a physical blow, the user can quickly create a clone to take the hit instead. This clone does not disappear or become unstable when struck, and instead turns into a black silhouette, causing black cursed marks to spread across the target's body. The target will then be restricted in place, unless they break out with a large deal of chakra.

This jutsu requires the user to hold two fingers directly onto the target's tongue. Whether the target is willing or unwilling does not matter, the user will apply their chakra in the form of a seal for +2 posts, then the seal will be permanently on the target's tongue unless released by the user or by some other means. The seal is not visible unless activated, and it looks like three solid lines and two broken lines from the back of the tongue to the tip. The seal itself restricts the target from speaking anything about the user, or anything else that they specify is restricted.

The user dislocated their jaw and regurgitates a large white worm with the humanoid head of themselves, leaving their body looking like an empty sack of skin. They become the worm. This worm is extremely dangerous, it's ferocious and versatile. While in this form, the user gains +3 force and speed, however they lose all appendages, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Taijutsu. The only jutsu the user retains are those that require the worm summoning contract. They also lose most mental capabilities, and the bit of intelligence they do retain is all spent on optimal ways to kill the target. To go back to normal the user can reenter their own shed skin, or they can just transform back to normal.

The user builds up chakra in their vocal cords and lets out a horrific and amplified screech that is sure to shake anyone down to their soul. If the targets hears this sound they will be put under a genjutsu which causes them to hear extremely loud, ear-drum bursting screams constantly. This constant agonizing screaming results in great disorientation, pain and distraction for the target. Given that the means of transmission is sound-based, it has a large range of effectiveness, on top of which it can be applied even without knowledge of the enemy's position, which makes for an exceedingly convenient technique.

The user switches their spirit with a puppet laid somewhere in the area, and controls the puppet to attack an opponent. When the opponent attacks the puppet, the two consciousnesses will be switched; the user will gain control of the opponent's body, while the opponent's mind will be trapped in the puppet.
The user's body is left defenseless while the jutsu is in effect, similar to Shintenshin no Jutsu. Any damage done to the victim's body that they have taken over is transferred to his true body as well, but this can be rectified if they cancel the jutsu before the victim's body receives the damage.

At will in an instant the user can take all of the sound in an area around the user away, no one but the user can hear anything in the area around them. The limit is 30 meters, but the length of this jutsu is at the discretion of the user. Using this jutsu, all of the sound is sealed within the user's Ongengan, changing it from it's normal pattern to a much more design.

The user preforms Shintenshin no Jutsu on a target. After this, the user can scan the target's consciousness and absorb their memories and knowledge. This jutsu is very effective, it allows the user to bypass all memory blocks and lapses, seeing both manipulated memories as well as the true ones. The user will retain this information for the rest of their life. The user gains intel and knowledge from NPCs, but if used on other's characters while they are somehow at the user's mercy (whether they are asleep, unconscious, or otherwise defeated) the user can learn all their knowledge, memories, and all their non-genetic jutsu is able to be learned.

This seal is one of three, the other two being Chi no Juin and Heru no Juin. Like the other two cursed seals, the user has a stage 1 and stage 2 of the cursed mark, and they get a boost to their power. This specific seal gives the user increased physical capabilities when it is active, and it consists of three tomoe (the design known as mitsudomoe), similar to the Sharingan. When stage 1 is activated, the seal turns orange-red and spreads flame-like markings across their body. When stage 2 is activated the user's skin, hair and eyes are very dark and they gain two hand-like wings on their back.Stage 1: Requires +4 Control and gives +3 power and +3 control, it only lasts as many posts as half of the user's total stamina and costs a lot of chakra. Stage 2: Requires +8 Control and gives +5 power, +3 control and +3 accuracy, it lasts as many posts as half of the user's total stamina and after this the user will be nearly all drained, they can glide and increase their jumping height with their wings. When the first level is activated, the seal turns orange-red and expands in lines spreading all over the user's body in contorting and parallel lines. When stage 2 is activated the user's skin, hair and eyes are very dark and they gain a third eye on their forehead. Stage 1: Replenishes half of the user's chakra as well as gives an increase of +4 stamina and +1 accuracy and it lasts 3/4 of the user's enhanced stamina rounded down. Kamakiri was brought into what seemed to be a warm, kind, and loving family. You see, when Kamakiri was very young, his father brutally murdered his mother in front of him. However, due to what seems to be the shock of the event and the immaturity of his young mind, Kamakiri did not cry over his mother's murder and his father's inevitable execution after said murder. However, this is not to say that this event did not disturb Kamakiri deeply, and it would come to haunt him like a scar for the rest of his life.
As earlier established, a few years after his parent's demise, Kamakiri was adopted into what seemed would be a good home for the young and now constantly introverted boy. As a child, Kamakiri was already a bit shy and withdrawn, however it came off as sensitivity for that's what it was, however after his parent's death something changed and the boy seemed detached from the rest of the world. Like he was on his own island. While at this home, however, it was almost as if a light that was missing in his life returned.
However, it was quickly snuffed out once again when a cruel reality, commonly found in Mizu no Kuni and Hyoudengakure, struck him in the face. While at his new home full of 9 other adopted orphans, he was expecting a happy life with a gentle new family. However, he soon discovered that the father of the home was a mad scientist looking for specimen, and the mother was simply a sadistic monster. Whilst the father preformed sickening and cruel experiments on his 'specimen', the mother would beat the other's who were waiting their turn simply for crying or coughing or anything she deemed annoying that day. More unspeakable and disgusting things transgressed during his time with his adopted family.
Over the years, many of the other orphans died off. By the time Kamakiri escaped, there were 3 others still at the home. All of the survivors of the mad scientist, however, were given some kind of gift. The sick gift that Kamakiri received were access to what the scientist referred to as chakra sensitive maggots, but as Kamakiri refers to as the White Worm. In a way, he came to host the White Worm in a symbiotic relationship where they used him for survival and to further whatever goals they had, and he used them for power and to further goal that he had. That included... killing his two adopted parents, the scientist and sadist.
He did this deed quickly and efficiently, in hindsight this probably led to his life as an assassin of Hyoudengakure. After doing this, Kamakiri quickly left his home, leaving his 'siblings' to fend for themselves, he hasn't seen any of them since. After that, Kamakiri came into contact with an up and coming gang leader, Matsuri. Whilst Matsuri was making a name for himself and gaining power, so was Kamakiri, however his power came in the form of knowledge. You see, Kamakiri's deepest desire was to know why his father murdered his mother in cold blood. The White Worm offered the power to absorb all information from any individuals mind, so if there was anyone who knew why he did what he did, Kamakiri would have the power to get that information, however this power came at the price of Kamakiri's humanity in a way. He gave up his body to the White Worm when he gained this ability.
Kamakiri would become exponentially more powerful after doing this. He became Matsuri's lead scientist, one of his top assassins, and they respected each other deeply. They were both powerful in their own right. When Matsuri became the Mizukage, he could have become a member of V, but the Mizukage and himself both agreed that his abilities were better utilized when off the books, solo, and rogue. He was given near complete autonomy within the village of Hyoudengakure, due to his and Matsuri's respect for each other.
