When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a scalpel, an incision is made into the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin then draws out the agent, while simultaneously repairing the damage it caused.
After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine, which can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery. This technique requires the utmost care and ability in diagnosis and incising and unmatched chakra control. Therefore, it is considered an extremely difficult technique, even among medical ninjutsu.

This seal is one of three, the other two being Chi no Juin and Heru no Juin. Like the other two cursed seals, the user has a stage 1 and stage 2 of the cursed mark, and they get a boost to their power. This specific seal gives the user increased physical capabilities when it is active, and it consists of three tomoe (the design known as mitsudomoe), similar to the Sharingan. When stage 1 is activated, the seal turns orange-red and spreads flame-like markings across their body. When stage 2 is activated the user's skin, hair and eyes are very dark and they gain two hand-like wings on their back.Stage 1: Requires +4 Control and gives +3 power and +3 control, it only lasts as many posts as half of the user's total stamina and costs a lot of chakra. Stage 2: Requires +8 Control and gives +5 power, +3 control and +3 accuracy, it lasts as many posts as half of the user's total stamina and after this the user will be nearly all drained, they can glide and increase their jumping height with their wings. The only person who can use this jutsu, Kamakiri Osuma, can quickly apply this seal by causing his worm to directly bite a defeated opponent, injecting the cursed seal beneath the skin, causing excruciating agony and death to anyone not strong enough to withstand the surge of chakra.

This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Even so, the target is still able to speak.

The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skillful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. Midori grew up alone within a deep ravine; continually, early on in life the young girl often failed to even feed herself. Midori managed to find a small body of water within her ravine, and it was this life source that provided her with sustenance. She knew little of her own kekkai genkai, but made an attempt to train herself in basic combat. Midori would sit at the bottom of her "homey" ravine in which she would often train her chakra control. The young girl would typically sit altering the state of her body from solid to liquid. She greatly wanted to control her own abilities. Battle raged above within the ravine for which Midori called home. Ninja from Getsugakure wreaked havoc on the land above and parts of the ravine began to collapse from above. The white-haired girl found herself in much trouble;therefore, she retreated deeper within the ravine. As everything collapsed around her she met with her only saving grace. A large beast named Rokurou took a liking to the young girl vowing to protect her. Midori knew nothing of summoning contracts, but the snake offered his assistance. Midori climbed above on his head resting her body on his jeweled crown. The massive snake ravaged both sides of the battle retreating within the mountains of Tsuchi no Kuni.
When Midori was finally safe Rokurou stated he would stay with her for the following weeks. It took him the following weeks to completely warm up to Midori, or it may of been her helplessness that kept him around. His stay elongated to two months until he reluctantly told Midori about summoning contracts. The girl had an impressive control over her chakra and surprisingly was able to enter into a summoning contract with Rokurou. Yet the following months Midori felt lost. She decidedly had little to no purpose and headed towards Getsugakure. Due to her innate talent Getsugakure welcomed her immediately administering tests to her. At the young age of eight Midori had become a dangerous genin. She quickly moved up to the rank of chuunin. As a girl who essentially raised herself alongside a murderous snake Midori lacked proper social skills. Getsugakure valued her mercilessness though, and the girl would often wipe out whole platoons of rival ninja. She cared little for their life, but wanted to continue progressing her knowledge of ninjutsu. Rokurou stayed dormant as Midori would not summon him unless she truly needed it. Moreover she feared what Getsugakure would think of the snake that destroyed many of their shinobi.
While in a platoon lead by two jonin Midori made an attempt to assert herself, yet the superiors often pushed around those of chuunin rank. The platoon of five was set to retrieve documents from a Hi no Kuni convoy. As the group approached they we're ambushed from behind by Mizu no Kuni shinobi. The ambush whipped out of all the convoy and decimated the two chuunin alongside Midori. Due to her life being threatened Midori reluctantly summoned Rokurou, yet her jonin superiors were horrified. They screamed wildly calling out the name of her snake summon. Rokurou made short work of the Mizu no Kuni shinobi;moreover, he killed one of Midori's jonin commanders out of rage. Yet due to the commotion the other jonin commander slipped away. As the girl knew her career within Getsugakure was over she fled the Tsuchi no Kuni. As she made her way to the sea Midori hid away on a small transport boat. This ship lead her to Mizu no Kuni where she was soon discovered by a reputable scientist. Over the years she would work beneath Kamakiri gladly letting him perform experiments on her.
