Itsuki was glad that his ruse passed the sentry's perception, not that she looked like much of an intellectual. 'Though, you can't really just a book by it's cover,' he thought to himself as he looked down at his old man body. However, after the woman pushed Itsuki he decided she had something coming her way. "Um, excuse me ma'am? I was just wondering if I could get your name? You're just doing such an amazing job, and I honestly wanted to let whoever is in charge here just that!" The woman threw her hand up in the air in a dismissive manor, waving it and saying "Tsu Akane!" in an annoyed tone. "Akane, huh? I predict that my nephew and I will see you again sometime!" he laughed to himself as he faced Takeo. "We're gonna kill her. Preferably last. Most likely in my old man suit, for the kicks." Itsuki continued to walk into the rest of the village as he took everything in. Looking around, it was obvious something was off. The streets were nearly completely deserted, and it's not like this was some random hamlet. The few individuals on the streets didn't look like the most reputable bunch, and all of them had at least one distinctive feature of their outfit composed of a deep blood red. "Technically, we don't have to kill or even harm anyone, but their leader. But what's the fun in that, right? However, I do not want to jeopardize the lives of the civilians, so let's go about this with a plan. I think we should start by locating the leader. What do you think?" Itsuki said quietly to Takeo, not that there was anyone nearby.

Takeo's ears picked up on the woman's name and he made sure to remember it. Tsu Akane huh... he thought to himself. Itsuki's murderous tendencies shined through yet again, and with a grin on his face Takeo replied shortly, "Sounds like a plan!" The two walked somewhat deeper into the small village, and to Takeo's surprise there was nothing. The chuunin heard nothing but the slight cough and murmur. The village was like a ghost town littered with some blood red salamanders. Both Takeo and Itsuki had dealt with this gang before, yet this time they seemed to have a bit of an upgrade. The uniforms they were here were somewhat different than before and honestly much more sleek. Itsuki spoke in a low voice about locating the group's leader and Takeo had an immediate idea. "I know this may sound really fucking stupid, but these Salamanders never seemed too bright to me. So what if we just ask one of them where their boss is?" Before awaiting approval from Itsuki Takeo meandered up to the closest gang member to propose a question. "Excuse me sir, can you point me an my uncle in the direction of your boss. You see we'd like to pay him our respects, with lots of coin!" Takeo's proposal trailed out and left the man with an inquisitive look on his face.

Itsuki watched as his partner simply blundered over to the guard like some kind of doting idiot. Before he could even stop him, he was floundering over himself in conversation with some angry looking, well equipped gang member. 'Oh, I get it, he just doesn't give a fuck anymore. I can do that too." he thought to himself as he began mapping out a combat strategy. He decided to just try and head shot the gang member behind the one angrily looking at Takeo, and so he quickly preformed Teshi Sendan. As he did so, surprisingly, the bone bullet ricocheted off the man's helmet. "Damn! That must be a strong ass metal, what did you get us into?!" Itsuki yelled to Takeo as he reverted to his regular form and came running to the side of his partner, mostly to kill the target he wasn't able to kill a second ago.

With the whizz of a bone bullet by Takeo's head the chuunin's Sharingan sprung into action. The gang member before him gave him a bewildered look as Takeo used Magen: Kasegui - Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes. Immense amounts of foam began to pool out of the man's mouth as Takeo took his ninja-to to his mid thigh, and with one twist brought he man to his knees. With the idiot passed out on the ground Takeo sprinted for the helmeted oaf. Clasping onto his ninja-to in his right hand Takeo used Kuchyose: Raikou Kenka - Summoning: Lightning Blade Creation to place a kunai in his left palm. As Takeo caught the kunai his Sharingan targeted the man's most obvious weakpoint besides his head. As the kunai flew towards the gang member's crotch Takeo swung horizontally at the man's neck.

Itsuki activated his dojutsu, the infamous Saibougan, and as he did he scanned over the remaining target. He noticed something peculiar within the man for a brief second, some inner heat flickering, before a deluge of incredible heat burst from the man in a wave all around him. The flash and heat were so great so that Itsuki averted his eyes immediately, losing track of his partner! "TAKEO?!" he yelled out as he felt 3 senbon stick into him, two in his shoulder and one in his neck. He let out a grunt at he was struck, but Itsuki wasn't a pushover. He began opening his eyes, and as he did so he could somewhat make out the figure rushing towards him with an extended leg. Luckily, he was able to brace himself for this one. Standing his ground and activating his Saiboutate Henka: Yoroi. His skin turned black and the opponents foot met his forearms with a dull thud, then the Chuunin quickly twisted his arms, spinning the opponent and grabbing his calve. He then tackled him to the ground, his eyes still not completely adjusted, Itsuki was partially blind during this exchange. This is fucking annoying... but, I see a lot of potential in this," he thought to himself, formulating jutsu concepts in the middle of combat.

The chuunin's sword clunked with the man's helmet bouncing out of his hands and into the air. Takeo's sharingan watched the katon chakra quickly built up in the gang member's stomach and he back stepped slightly creating two crow clones on each side of him. The chuunin linked hands with his clones throwing them directly at the large man's explosion. A large torrent of crows blew up and began burning away as Takeo flew back into the street a few meters away. Moments passed as Takeo braced himself and got up, his Sharingan flicked back into action as he looked for Itsuki. Takeo's eyes could see his comrade's armored skin as he wrestled with their enemy. Fuck, that huge explosion must've alerted them to something, worried Takeo. As fast as he could manage Takeo sprinted towards Itsuki aiming for the pinned gang member. Within time Takeo bolted over placing his foot on the pinned man's skull. Gaining eye contact with him Takeo used Kanishibari no Jutsu - Temporary Paralysis Technique allowing Itsuki complete control over the man's life. Takeo channeled his chakra, and focused on controlling it properly while calling out to Itsuki, "He's immobilized for now!"

Itsuki chuckled to himself as Takeo pinned the man down with his jutsu, and his eyes became readjusted, causing his vision to return. He cracked his fingers and threatened the man, "Let him speak Takeo. Okay, you'd better hurry the fuck up, because we don't have much time now thanks to your little stunt. Tell me where your boss is..." Itsuki then preformed Saibou Juyou, his grotesque and tentacle-like appendage that was previously his arm stretched out and connected to the subdued target. Once it did, the man screamed out in agony as Itsuki slowly and methodically started breaking down the man's cellular composition and consuming it into himself. "Now, even if I kill you and eat all of you, there's a very high likely-hood that I'll figure out where your boss is through your memories, so if you just tell me where he is we don't have to do this!" Immediately, the man screaming in agony pointed in a general direction, though he couldn't be very accurate with all the pain he was experiencing, Itsuki had a good enough idea. "Alright thanks! But, I'm not getting out my blade just to kill you, I'm already in the middle of this jutsu so I may as well just kick it up a notch, huh?" he then began consuming the man's cells at an accelerated rate. Quickly, there was only a set of armor and weapons left laying in a pile. Then, he heard feet rushing there way, reactivating his Saibougan Itsuki saw two separate groups approaching them, one closer group of 9 and another group a bit further coming from the same direction but a bit to the right composed of 5. They had about half a minute, Itsuki guessed, and then turned to Takeo. "What do you think? Quick!"

Itsuki made quick work of their enemy, but the two were soon to be rundown by many more gang members.Peering at Itsuki Takeo spoke up, "Itsuki I believe it best we follow the instructions of the man you just brutalized. All that is required to complete the mission is to take their leader down. Our best bet is to head in the direction pointed to us opposite the huge swarms approaching. With your raiton armor activated we can make it there in no time."Takeo turned quickly and broke into a full on sprint, he had still yet to retrieve his ninja-to but he had plenty of other ninja equipment sealed on him. With his Sharingan deactivated Takeo began to relax his chakra, and luckily the gang member pointed towards a fairly large building. Upon further inspection the building also had banners on with a crimson hue. The circumstances surrounding Takeo and Itsuki were becoming drastic;therefore, Takeo decided to trust his gut. Continually, the doors to the building that both chuunin were upcoming on were large and wooden, so Takeo swiftly weaved the appropriate hand signs for Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique alongside channeling the perfect amount of chakra in his stomach. The roaring orb of fire collided with the door creating a large fiery explosion that left the door as rubble and ashes. Yet from out of the gaping hole in the building rushed five frenzied water sharks. Three of the five sharks were in unison launched directly at Takeo like a missile, while the other two split around the chuunin and aimed for Itsuki's sides. Takeo took into account the timing of his Sharingan activation for a surprise attack and shifted to the right activating his Sharingan. The three sharks quickly split surrounding Takeo then collapsing on him all at once. The chuunin ducked downwards lowering his right leg and stretching it out. While simultaneously weaving the hand signs for Fuuton: Daitoppa - Wind Release: Great Breakthrough Takeo quickly looked upwards to launch a fairly large gust of wind above him. As the gust of wind soared above the chuunin the sharks were too late to avoid it blowing up into droplets of water. The gust of wind created a large downdraft above Takeo that came with a spray of water causing his hair to become wet. Looking forwards revealed a cloaked figure with a large gourd filled to the brim with water. As Takeo stood upwards he was rushed down by the cloaked figure who threw two jabs at two separate joints on Takeo's right arm. Pivoting the left enough to avoid the jabs Takeo flipped backwards summoning two kunai into each hand using Kuchyose: Raikou Kenka - Summoning: Lightning Blade Creation . His hands gripped tightly on the kunai and he prepared to fight the cloaked shinobi. I can only keep my Sharingan going for so long, especially with all the chakra I've used... Hopefully the two of us can pull this together like always... Takeo wasn't really ever too confident in his abilities, but in situations like this the duo often wiped the floor with their enemies!

Itsuki liked Takeo's plan, so he decided to stick with it. Following behind his teammate, he also decided not to activate his raiton cloak because it would be a waste of chakra. "I'm not that much slower than you, 5 seconds aren't going to make much of a difference. If even that." Itsuki said to his ally. When they reached the massive building, Itsuki wasn't that surprised, a gang like the Salamanders seemed to be the theatrical type to him. However, he was surprised by the quick volley of attacks that unfolded between his teammate and a powerful opponent draped in a red cloak with a gourd over his back. When the two sharks made of water pursued the Chuunin, he quickly and cunningly waited for them to both come to his sides and then dropped to the ground on his back, causing the two forces to explode on impact. Fixing himself, with his Saibougan now activated, Itsuki noticed something weird about the water... Once he realized, he yelled out to his partner and said, "be careful Takeo! It's not just suiton jutsu, the water is mixed with a great deal of oil, I think it's flammable!" Just then, the individual yelled out "Sensatsu Suishou!" All the water that hadn't landed on Takeo resulting from his destruction of the suiton sharks began to rise into the air and then seemingly become solid and launch at Itsuki at a rapid speed. The man's attention remained on the closer opponent, Takeo, however he was still capable of keeping Itsuki on his feet. The young man quickly rolled to the left in response to the attack, causing many water senbon to barely graze him. With the time that he had before the senbon spun back around and attempted their attack again, Itsuki took a few quick steps in the direction of his target and Takeo and formed a bow using Saiboubuki Henka: Daikyuu and then Ryuudan. He launched a single high explosive arrow of cells from his grotesque great bow. The individual he was targeting seemingly heard the arrow and turned to catch it, but was in for a rude awakening when, once he grabbed the flying arrow out the air, it exploded in their face. The dust and smoke settled... and there was simply a puddle left.

Takeo's mind ran with thoughts about the weight of the water. If the water is mixed with oil it must be much heavier. I also need to restrict my katon jutsu,pondered Takeo. As an arrow whizzed past his head Takeo jumped to the right in response to the explosion. Moreover, the cloaked enemy was seemingly reduced to a puddle, yet when the dust cleared Takeo's eyes trained on the puddle. With both of his kunai in his hand Takeo braced for the worst as the puddle before him quickly reformed into a liquid person. The shinobi's body solidified and the cloaked man ran at him. His enemy had tonfa in each hand and smashed downwards at Takeo's chest. Swiping with his leg the chuunin went to sweep the man, but was met with his legs phase changing right before his strike. Bracing for the tofa Takeo threw his hands up causing the tonfa to collapse on his held kunai. Readjusting his leg Takeo went to kick at the man's stomach only again to be met with his body changing to water. The chuunin called out to Itsuki saying, "Formation CD!" Channeling his remaining chakra Takeo created two crow clones that both rushed down their target. The clones each had a kunai at each hand, and they simultaneously attacked from both sides of the cloaked shinobi. Takeo then threw his kunai to the ground forming the hand seals for Sanzengarasu no Jutsu - Scattering Thousand Crows Technique. This created a swarm of crows around the mysterious enemy that began constantly pecking at him and shrouding his vision. Takeo retrieved his kunai and sprinted back into the mess that was his two clones fighting the salamander. The enemy shinobi kept changing the state of his body to avoid the chuunin's attacks, but when Takeo burst into this crow torrent the chuunin managed to land a strike on the man. Both his crow clones had turned the man ninety degrees allowing Takeo to attack from the side. His right hand kunai slashed down at the man's arm who began turning towards him. Takeo's two clones continued to barrage the salamander in an attempt to prevent him from using jutsu. Meanwhile Takeo's torrent of crows prevented the suiton user from escaping and Takeo relied on Itsuki. Hopefully I'm setting up well enough for Itsuki to hit him with his ultimate jutsu, hoped Takeo.

Itsuki was thoroughly surprised when the man-turned-puddle became a puddle-turned-man-again! However, he'd seen a lot weirder, hell he was a lot weirder himself. As his comrade and his enemy clashed, Itsuki knew the formation well, it was one of the simplest and most effective ones. Using the cover of Takeo's crow flock, activating his Raiton Chakura Moodo for increased speed, and utilizing his skills as a shinobi in combat stealth combined with his skillful mastery of acrobatics, Itsuki caught a moment when the target was completely and utterly distracted and defenseless and took the shot. Dashing at high speeds in a quick short burst, Itsuki slid at the man, sweeping his feet and causing him to go down completely horizontally. Quickly, the Chuunin rose to his feet while the man was still falling, and gripped him by the throat. At the same moment, he preformed Naibu Gekimetsu, devastating the man's entire neck, uncleanly separating his torso from his head, both thumping on the ground. "Well... it's done..." the exhausted Chuunin let out with a deep, relieved sigh.

A burst of orange lightning had taken down the salamander leader. The chuunin's crows began to disperse and his clones ran to his side both still intact. Two large groups of people were soon to approach and Takeo spoke with much haste, "Itsuki behind this building looks to be the wall, we could easily jump over... We could also fight our wa--" the ground beneath the two chuunin began to crack and tremble. A man trembling in fear flew over seconds ahead of the crowd, and made an attempt to disable the chuunin. Takeo's first clone leaped off of the second one towards the floating shinobi;furthermore, his clone collided with flying man headbutting him dead on. The eye contact created between the two would have been sweet to ongoing eyes, but the chuunin's second crow clone instead used, Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu The ground beneath the two chuunin returned to normal as Takeo turned back to the now burning building. The closest to him dispersed and the other barely managed to maintain the genjutsu causing the gang member to float in circles. As his second clone finally broke the chuunin deactivated his sharingan grabbing at his eyes. Quickly darting for the small town's wall Takeo made his escape...

Itsuki was left breathing very heavily after defeating the gang leader, the situation had gotten more out of hand than the Chuunin had truly noticed. His chakra reserves were drained, his body was tired and aching, and it was getting very dark. However, the situation grew even more dire as the gang, of which the two had just killed the leader of, came marching before Itsuki and Takeo. Launching into combat and quickly subverting the opponent, Takeo was clearly at the ends of his strength as he winced in pain and covered his Sharingan. 'Makes sense...' he said, as he rubbed one of his eyes and deactivated his Saibougan which was also giving him great strain. As his partner began to run, so did Itsuki, their mission here was complete after all and even this seemed like it may be much for the duo to face. However, as he ran, he turned back and yelled at the mob who was chasing him, yelling out, "Tsu Akane! We're coming back for you!"

Takeo quickly dashed up onto the small hamlet's old wall, and before the thought of Tsu Akane could even come across the chuunin's mind he heard Itsuki yell out the woman's name. Steadying his breath Takeo quickly ran along the wall towards the front of the small town. Takeo's eyes searched the dark for the street where the duo intially started fighting. My ninja-to, my ninja-to... thought the chuunin. Takeo flipped down from the wall sneaking down into the streets. The rumble of the crowd seemed chaotic, and Takeo wouldn't have been surprised if Itsuki managed to lose the gang. The two of them were incredibly slippery. Crawling around the hamlet Takeo led himself back to the street where he officially gave up; continually, the chuunin remembered losing his ninja-to off by rebounding it off of a gang member's helmet. The street where the initial mania began was close to the entrance of the small town, and the entrance is exactly where Tsu Akane worked. As Takeo was searching the ground a deep voice quietly spoke behind him, "You're that little fuck, still in OUR village?" As Takeo quickly turned around Tsu Akane's fists were flying at directly towards his face. Pulling his arms up allowed for her fists to clash with the teen's arm guards. As Takeo flew back into a wooden wall he began to panic due to his arm guards completely breaking. His arms were surging with pain, and he hadn't noticed it before but Tsu had knuckle busters. Takeo stood up as the large woman approached him; immediately, the chuunin assumed a fighting stance lowering his body and slightly extending his leg. I just need to keep her moving until I find my ninja-to or lose her, contemplated the chuunin. Tsu Akane clasped her hands together slamming downwards on Takeo's skull, but with trained eyes Takeo rolled to the left and dashed past the woman. He quickly turned around to face her while examining his chakra reserves. I can't just fight her with my fists, I need something to inflict more damage... Takeo was analyzing the situation before him as Tsu quickly rushed him down. Takeo took a deep breath lowering his body and sliding to the right which was followed by Tsu's large leg. Takeo pushed his hands to the ground flipping back and over the large gang member's leg. His eyes quickly moved to the woman who continued to rush towards him...

Itsuki was left in the dust by Takeo. Maybe he's right, he is a bit faster than me... I am pretty tired though... he thought to himself. However, his edge over Takeo's speed was his dexterity, and he took advantage of this by using the rooftops to lose the crowd of gang members. However, Itsuki knew that there would be other opponents, search parties and stragglers, either searching for them or possibly just stumbling upon them. Either way, they were in treacherous territory. Itsuki stopped within a rooftop access of an abandoned building, it looked like it was some unused altar. He caught his breath, collected his mind, and devised a plan. To avoid running into an unwanted enemy, Itsuki decided that spending the chakra necessary for his Saibougan would be worth it, with the advantage of protecting oneself. However, he was shocked when he saw Takeo struggling in a fight against none other than Tsu Akane a good distance away. Without hesitation, Itsuki activated his Raiton Chakura Moodo and began running to help his teammate. Avoiding dangerous areas, dashing from ledge to ledge and rooftop to rooftop, Itsuki's mind raced. The distance was wide, he worried about Takeo's well-being. But more than that, he was worried about his own. If he were caught by a group, he wasn't sure if he had the chakra reserves or stamina to continue, let alone if he had the energy to even reach his friend.
