Information: A group of the "Salamanders" gang has been recently terrorizing a small forest village located a good distance from Tenkaigakure by using them as their area of operations. They have been supplying the area with dangerous drugs, robbing local businesses, cause obstructions in bars, and attacking civilians. Enter the village and subdue the gang's forces by any means necessary, you do not have to kill anyone except for the leader, who must be studied and reported on by the elite team.

    Earlier this morning Takeo had gathered a bag alongside his numerous ninja tools. With small amounts of chalk he made sure to properly seal his kunai and shurkien. Tenkaigakure was beginning to cool as even his fairly large home was immensely cool. Takeo and Itsuki had previously dealt with the Salamander gang, but now the full Trio was to face off against them. Continually this was Takeo's first A-Rank mission, yet this hadn't crossed his mind. Both Itsuki and Yume possessed dojutsu that allowed them to easily scan the village for Takeo. Due to this the chuunin began to slowly walk towards the village gate sometime shortly before noon. The wind was wasn't too bad as it was accompanied by gentle sunlight. Once we get within Hi no Kuni's numerous forests the temperature could severely drop. I must consider that this mission will also entail much more combat than the last, pondered Takeo. He had made it within the dense part of Tenkaigakure as he left the Kokuun sector. The streets were bustling and most people carried great pride in ninja; moreover, Takeo was occasionally bowed to. This mostly caused him to feel repulsed, but on occasion he carried great joy in his feats. Per usual his hitai-ate was hidden beneath his coat luckily causing most to pay little attention.

Itsuki ashed his roach in his tray, and then put it out, leaving it there along with the two others that he had already smoked. Sufficiently high and already prepared for his mission today, he grabbed his back-pouch that slung over one shoulder and connected on the other side by his hip. "Alright, let's go!" he yelled, as he ran to his back porch and jumped from the railing to a nearby tree, and then down to the ground. He continued to dash along rooftops in Tenkaigakure, which resulted in a few accidental peep-shows and angry looks from people gardening. Eventually, he reached the wall that surrounded Tenkaigakure, and he climbed to the top. Running along the wall, he reached the gate, where he stood and looked down at Takeo, whom he had spotted. "HELLO THERE!"

    As the teen was buttoning his coat up he heard a familiar voice. His rival called out to him causing Takeo to peer directly upwards. His eyes met Itsuki's as he replied back, "Let's get ready, we need to head out as early as possible! I've got enough food in my pack for two days, let's hope we can manage that." The chuunin quickly scaled up the village wall meeting Itsuki at eye level. Holding out his hand Takeo prepared to greet Itsuki with their signature handshake. His left hand remained in his pant's pocket where he fiddled with his playbook.

Itsuki watched as Takeo dashed up the wall easily and landed before him, arm outstretched. As he put one hand behind his head and grasped Takeo's with his other hand, doing their handshake, he replied "yeah, just because Yume is sick that doesn't mean we have to waste our time. Let's get a move on!" Itsuki leaped from the damaged village wall to a nearby tree limb and headed off toward the small village. "Plus, I'm pretty excited to kick some ass, last mission wasn't quite action packed enough for me!" He continued to dashed forward, imagining all of the sick jutsu he was going to use on some assholes.

    Takeo' hand dropped back to his side as his mind wandered. I hope Yume will be okay, she sure is an integral part of our team combos. The teen trailed off slightly as he dropped to the ground. The teen's eyes kept focus on where Itsuki landed allowing Takeo to dash over and up to Itsuki's tree. Perched slightly above his rival Takeo searched outwards. As Takeo checked his compass the chuunin spoke up, "We should head northeast if we want to make it there on time. Continually, if we head more north than east I believe we can even make it there early."

"Well then let's get a move on, Takeo! Let's get this done with quickly, so I can enjoy some... relaxation... to celebrate a mission well done!" He leaped from one limb to another in the direction that Takeo directed him into, earlier than expected? That'd be pretty nice, it'd give us a little time to scout, strategize, and then blitz! Itsuki unraveled a lollipop from it's encasement. It was one of his favorite flavors, strawberry-kiwi. I've really got to earn some money and then invest in lollipop stock... these things are fucking amazing, they're gonna be a public sensation. Lollipops and... weed. Yeah, I could start a monopoly! Itsuki continued daydreaming to himself about his financial future, whilst swiftly closing in on the mission location.

    The chuunin's eyes trained on the trees before him. His body moved at ease as he kept pace with Itsuki;furthermore, Takeo turned ever so slightly speaking to his rival. "Do you think this A-Rank mission will prove more difficult than our last B-Rank. We're dealing with the same type of enemies but this is our first A-Rank. I wouldn't be as concerned but without Yume our sustainability begins to plummet. Takeo reached for his compass to check which direction the two were heading in. The chuunin's compass read north yet slightly east;continually, the two were making supposedly good time.

Itsuki quickly grew bored, as he typically did, while jumping at insanely high speeds from high tree limb to tree limb. Nothing exciting about that. In response to this, he began to entertain himself through little flips, spins, and twists preformed mid-air. Takeo's question drew his attention, and he responded saying "I doubt it. Ranking is all about payout in my eyes, the more money on the line the more they want an experience ninja. Has nothing to do with danger, we could be protecting a princess's teaparty for the same amount of cash and it'd be the same rank, I bet. Plus, this mission is direct confrontation, the previous was espionage, mostly." Itsuki and his cohort Takeo were dashing at breakneck speeds, they were both highly skilled ninja not just for their age but also for their rank, they stood out. They were both very fast as well, especially Takeo, however Itsuki could hold his own as well. They were closing in on the mission location, Itsuki mentally braced for combat, pumping himself up.

Itsuki soon assured Takeo about the supposed clarifications on mission rankings. In his own mind Takeo were to believe Itsuki as he placed great amounts of trust in his rival. The two had always tried to gain an competitive edge on one another, but there never was a time were Takeo ever doubted his standing with Itsuki. The feeling was mutual; furthermore, not only was this strong energy between the two known but also imperative. Despite them both being highly skilled for their rank it is their cooperation that sets them above the rest. Trailing back into focus Takeo began to a faint pitter-patter in the distance. It was similar to that of light stomping, and as the two approached a bend in the forest appeared a horse and buggy. The cart was obviously close to its destination which would be the same as the two Chuunin. Takeo silently lept to the ground a few meters behind the horse and buggy looking back up to Itsuki. The chuunin called out to Itsuki claiming, "I believe this is the location. I don't know what the state of this town is. It could either be rampant with gang members, or the town could simply be used to sell copious amounts of drugs. Regardless I think we should attempt to blend in before we completely blow our cover..."

Itsuki's eyes traced onto the carriage as it entered the two ninja's frame of view. "Score," he said, mostly to himself. He jumped down to ground level, along with his rival, and continued forward. "Yeah, especially if they see us both wearing our flak jackets. Hopefully I smell like weed though, so I'll blend in that way! Haha. I think I'm gonna go steal that carriage driver's entire body, be right back!" Itsuki dashed a bit ahead, so that he'd be parallel to the carriage. He scanned the driver with his now activated Saibougan, who gave him a really inquisitive look, to which Itsuki responded by saying "sorry you just look like this other carriage driver I used to know back home! Carry on!" He then dropped back a bit, to link back up with Takeo, and as he did so he began channeling chakra throughout his entire body, down to the cellular level, he used Saibou Henka! As he faced Takeo, he was an elderly man with a few missing teeth, a bald head, and hairy ears. "Sup?"

As Itsuki landed next to Takeo he assumed his usual tactics. Takeo watched as his comrade inched away up towards the carriage infront of the two. As he came back towards Takeo his body began to transform. Despite having been on a team with Itsuki for years the way his body morphed always left Takeo a bit on edge. Itsuki had become visually an older man, who to Takeo looked like a frail old stick. Takeo pulled his coat over his chuunin flak jacket and buttoned it up. Takeo had let out one sly remark, "You know that disguise really makes you look weak.." The chuunin made his best attempt to hid his ninja identity. He followed behind the carriage as it approached the village. Despite being gang controlled the village entrance didn't seem to have any sort of toll or guard. Takeo peered over to Itsuki proposing the question, "Do you think we can just walk right on in?"

In response to Takeo's comment, Itsuki said "you're just upset that you rely on me for espionage, and you're supposed to be the stealthy one, ha!" As he said this, he stuck a long and dry tongue out of his old man face. Then, Takeo asked another question, and Itsuki quickly thought of a plan. "Here..." he slipped his arm over Takeo and began having him carry half of his weight, "I'm your feeble, elderly uncle. We're both returning back to the village, together obviously. I'll try and do most of the talking, how's my..." Itsuki cleared his throat, "old man voice!?"

Itsuki was right about Takeo depending on his comrade's kekkei genkai for espionage. Yet the chuunin didn't want to let his friend know this got to him, so Takeo let out his trademark uneasy chuckle. Of course Itsuki would be able to recognize that Takeo was only laughing to cover up for his insecurities, but Takeo also came to understand that they both covered each others weak points. Itsuki leaned his weight up against Takeo and concocted a plan. "You're my uncle?" uttered Takeo. He sighed ever so slightly and continued speaking, "Fine. But you must be my REALLY old uncle, that of my father's oldest brother....Also your old man voice is perfect but maybe add a little bit more hatred for us young people??" Takeo's face carried a slight grin as he looked at Itsuki. The chuunin's gaze shifted infront of the two as they approached the village gates. Again to Takeo's surprise there seemed to be no one standing guard. Yet as the two entered the village there was a deep voice from behind them. "AND who might you two be! Takeo noticed before him and Itsuki was cast a very large shadow. Continually, as he shifted his body back towards had questioned them Takeo was greeted with a large woman who seemed to stand roughly 7 feet tall. His stomach fluttered ever so slightly, and he placed his right hand into his overcoat. This could be make or break for the both of us, I better ready for an all out brawl any second now...

As the two entered the village, for which they weren't completely sure what to expect, they were greeted by a threatening and unfriendly sounding voice. As Takeo turned, Itsuki looked over his shoulder and noticed him reach into his overcoat, Itsuki also noticed the large woman notice Takeo's movement. Thinking quick on his feet, as Itsuki was known to do, he spun around quickly. 'I must be a healthy old man, haha,' he thought to himself. "Now, now, nephew! There's no reason to get our identification papers out! She asked a simple question, all she needs is an answer. You're always so nervous, calm down!" Itsuki said as he faced Takeo, then he turned to face the woman and bowed, "very sorry ma'am. As you heard, this is my nephew, he and I live a ways away from this village, but not too far, on our farm. We travel here every once in a while, sometimes I come on a caravan, normally not with my nephew here but he wanted to see the village, he's always just so nervous! Maybe you've seen me here a few times, you look familiar to me after all!" Itsuki lifted his head from a bow, his kind old man eyes were closed and his smile was gentle. 'This stupid bitch better fuck off,' he thought to himself.

Takeo didn't fashion himself an actor but he began to break out in a sweat. Itsuki was rambling on to Takeo about their apparent identification papers, and then seemed to attempt to calm the giant women before the two. Takeo glanced back up at the large bodyguard with a nervous look in his eye. He spoke softly saying, "Excuse me, you see I can't hold it together when I'm traveling with my uncle. He.... puts me on edge, I feel the need to protect him at all costs."There was a deep drum coming from the woman's stomach that exited her mouth. With a bellowing laugh she called out to Takeo, "Ohhoho! You fashion yourself some sort of hero!" Takeo pivoted back slightly speaking more clearly this time, "No I just value my family's life, that's all." The bodyguard threw her arm forward with one of her large fingers pointed. Her pointer finger collided with Takeo's shoulder causing the chuunin to stumble back ever so slightly. She left the two with a final word, "Go." The teen edged his way back further and further from the woman. Takeo then looked back at his "uncle" beckoning him along as if he was some sort of lost old man. "I'm over here Uncle!"
