Kazuha is most of all an enigma, people have always attempted to figure him out. The boy often approaches obstacles before him with minimal effort. He is used to being somewhat of a prodigy and doesn't give other people much of his attention. Because of this people often see Kazuha as someone aloof and uninvolved. This isn't because he is some unfeeling monster, but instead because Kazuha prefers to keep to himself. He does not concern himself with what others think or feel. Despite keeping to himself and being somewhat quiet, once you get to know Kazuha he opens up. He is always full of mischievous schemes and is fairly cheeky. Kazuha has been hardened over the short years he's spent alive, but he is still a kid at heart. The teen has a huge sweet tooth and will do almost anything for hard candy. Another vice of the teen's is money in all forms. The bigger the pay the larger the grin on the kid's face, and he is willing to throw his morals out the window for a huge payout! Kazuha has a surprising amount of emotional maturity and control for someone so young. Even in the face of the most horrendous behavior, Kazuha can keep his cool and approach the situation logically.

Kazuha like most kids his age has a small stature, standing at a mere 5 feet. Continually, he doesn't weigh all that much, but he is surprisingly strong! Unlike other children, he has unusually pale skin and big eyes. Kazuha has short white hair that is often fairly unkempt. Despite how unkempt it may look, many have noted how oddly soft Kazuha's hair is. The teen has incredibly distinct cat-like blue eyes on his angular face. He typically wears pedestrian clothes mostly because he finds them comfortable. Kazuha's signature outfit is a black turtleneck with a white t-shirt over it. He's usually also wearing shorts depending on how nice the weather is. Kazuha dresses for the occasion and has gotten used to hiding his distinct features. The teen uses various masks and head garments to hide his identity and get into all kinds of trouble. Kazuha enjoys wearing shoes, but he also likes how breathable ninja tabi are. Because of this his shoe choice is usually up to his mood.

Hiramekugan
The Hiramekugan, meaning (掌梅区;Thunder Flash Eye) is a Dojutsu Kekkei Genkai that has gone relatively unnoticed throughout society. Individual's that posses the Hiramekugan are born with some shade of blue eyes that do not change. The difference between one's normal eyes and the Hiramekugan is hard to notice, and is only recognizable by a luminescent property and radiating waves of blue. While people are born with the Hiramekugan it is initially activated when the user endures intense amounts of electrical damage. When the Hiramekugan is activated it enhances the user's nervous system providing them with bonuses to their speed and power. Moreover, in the first stage of the Hiramekugan the user can see both the nervous system and chakra system of others. Unlike other Dojutsu the Hiramekugan does not directly affect how one processes the world around them but instead overload their nervous system with raiton chakra. Individuals with the Hiramekugan all posses an affinity towards raiton chakra and it is granted for free.

This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a Fuuma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand.
The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning," ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summonable ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics.

This jutsu channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces, This jutsu has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user.

This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Even so, the target is still able to speak.

This jutsu allows the user to dislocate parts of their body, or push their muscles past their limits. This jutsu is primarily used to escape grabs and surprise counterattack.

This jutsu is perfect for capturing others, but as one can imagine it has a multitude of other uses.

This chakra drastically enhances the user's cutting and piercing power allowing them to remove whole organs with what just seems to be their hands.

Depending on where they strike and how much raiton chakra they use this jutsu can have varying effects. Due to the diverse cast of effects this jutsu can cause it is important to experiment using it.

Tekikaku Denkou Dokuhebi Dageki can blow off limbs at the joints, and if the user employs the jutsu on both of their hands they can eviscerate their victims.

Each subsequent person struck will receive less and less damage. Meaning the eighth person struck will feel an intense jolt that may leave them stunned momentarily. With the use of Denkou Doutai Souhou this jutsu can be aimed at specific targets if set up properly.

However, as it is obviously very difficult to see with this technique, it has a drawback of -2 accuracy.

The user is able to alter the beams direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can increase the number of beams to a great amount to pin down an enemy.

Zutsumi Kazuha never knew the name originally given to him. The boy never even knew of his parents or where he had come from. He was not raised by normal people but instead elite assassins. The Gen'ai Ryodan, Kazuha never understood them, but they very much structured the boy's early life. From the boy's first steps he was tortured daily and made to endure what most grown men couldn't imagine going through. This turned Kazuha into a cold unfeeling creature who was easy to mold into a tool. Kazuha was a test of sorts, one on how to create a killer. It worked flawlessly, and by the age of five Kazuha was learning how to properly take lives. Trained in the ways of Koroshiya made the boy a proficient killer. Again, this child could do what most grown men could not. Kazuha did not know of or understand the outside world due to how sheltered he was for the first few years of his life.
From roughly five to ten Kazuha was a tool being sharpened through use by the Gen'ai Ryodan. Even within the group Kazuha was not known of, but he was soon going to be allowed his debut. Upon turning eleven Kazuha was formally introduced into the group. Many others in the Gen'ai Ryodan had similarly obscure upbringings so Kazuha was never really questioned. The boy was surprised to be so quickly accepted. The group only seemed to judge him on his abilities, and according to them he passed. At this point the boy was allowed more freedom in his life to explore.
Kazuha has spent the past two years traveling the countryside occasionally doing missions for Gen'ai Ryodan. Kazuha hadn't spoken to many of the members for years now, and he spent time ruminating on what they could be up to. He was often assigned missions by himself, and because of this he found it hard to interact with others. The only member of Gen'ai Ryodan Kazuha actually liked was apparently working on his own sort of group. Kazuha filled his time with focusing on making more and more money. In the recent months, the teen has decided to seek out a man named Shinichi no Kotonashi.

This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a Fuuma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand.
The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning," ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summonable ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics.

The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces, This jutsu has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user.

This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Even so, the target is still able to speak.

This jutsu is perfect for capturing others, but as one can imagine it has a multitude of other uses.

Tekikaku Denkou Dokuhebi Dageki can blow off limbs at the joints, and if the user employs the jutsu on both of their hands they can eviscerate their victims.

Each subsequent person struck will receive less and less damage. Meaning the eighth person struck will feel an intense jolt that may leave them stunned momentarily. With the use of Denkou Doutai Souhou this jutsu can be aimed at specific targets if set up properly.

Requirements: Water and Lightning affinities
Here the user can create their own personal flying thunder cloud for which they may ride upon. Flying Nimbus's primary purpose is for transportation as it allows the user to fly high above, but it is also capable of producing any Ranton jutsu from the cloud. These jutsu do not require hand seals, but the user must be within five meters of their thunder cloud.

Forming a halo of bright energy around their hands, the user will unleash a massive beam of pure energy, which takes the form of a long, serpentine dragon, which flies at the target at amazing speed, before biting down on them, causing them to be electrocuted. The strength of the jutsu is that the dragon does not fly in a straight path, but may be controlled to bypass defenses.

Zutsumi Kazuha never knew the name originally given to him. The boy never even knew of his parents or where he had come from. He was not raised by normal people but instead elite assassins. The Gen'ai Ryodan, Kazuha never understood them, but they very much structured the boy's early life. From the boy's first steps he was tortured daily and made to endure what most grown men couldn't imagine going through. This turned Kazuha into a cold unfeeling creature who was easy to mold into a tool. Kazuha was a test of sorts, one on how to create a killer. It worked flawlessly, and by the age of five Kazuha was learning how to properly take lives. Trained in the ways of Koroshiya made the boy a proficient killer. Again, this child could do what most grown men could not. Kazuha did not know of or understand the outside world due to how sheltered he was for the first few years of his life.
From roughly five to ten Kazuha was a tool being sharpened through use by the Gen'ai Ryodan. Even within the group Kazuha was not known of, but he was soon going to be allowed his debut. Upon turning eleven Kazuha was formally introduced into the group. Many others in the Gen'ai Ryodan had similarly obscure upbringings so Kazuha was never really questioned. The boy was surprised to be so quickly accepted. The group only seemed to judge him on his abilities, and according to them he passed. At this point the boy was allowed more freedom in his life to explore.
Kazuha has spent the past two years traveling the countryside occasionally doing missions for Gen'ai Ryodan. Kazuha hadn't spoken to many of the members for years now, and he spent time ruminating on what they could be up to. He was often assigned missions by himself, and because of this he found it hard to interact with others. The only member of Gen'ai Ryodan Kazuha actually liked was apparently working on his own sort of group. Kazuha filled his time with focusing on making more and more money. In the recent months, the teen has decided to seek out a man named Shinichi no Kotonashi.
