Information: The trio assigned to this mission must locate and extract illegal ninja tools from an arms dealing group within Arashryugakure. They have been acting under the nose of the village for some months now. Rumor is that they reside in the lower parts of the village, exploiting the poor there. If the weapons are all retrieved in tact your payout will be doubled; moreover, it is preferred that you apprehend the criminals alive.

Yoshi rubbed his eyes as the light from the morning sun beamed into his drawn window in his quaint room. He let out a long yawn and then began his morning routine; getting dressed, quickly showering, brushing his teeth, trying to wake up his parents with breakfast, failing with his father but his mother gladly joining much to his dismay, and then going outside to enjoy the crack of dawn. At their rendevous point, a public park located in one of the passageways between Arashi and Ryugakure, he found it quite pleasant. Specifically the blanket section of Shibazakura, a beautiful flower, the morning dew glistening off of the pink and purple petals. Yoshi sat and meditated for hours, as the group wasn't meant to meet until 10 AM, and it was about 5:45.

Miyoko was looking forward to spending time with Yoshi and Tsukishima. The state of the village seemed odd recently, and Miyoko was just happy to be up to something good. The teen was also excited to make some money, so she could escape her mother. Miyoko kept away from her, as of recently, cold mother but gravitated around her gentle father. Early this morning Miyoko brought her father some tea. The girl conversed with her father about jutsu ideas with crystal release before returning to her room. She gathered her ninja tools together and left her home at nine in the morning. The weather had gotten significantly colder recently so Miyoko made sure to bring a coat with her. After arriving at their meeting location Miyoko spotted Yoshi deep in mediation. It only took the genin roughly ten minutes to make it to this park, so she was fairly early as well. Miyoko tip-toed up to Yoshi and spoke with a reserved tone, "How long have you been here Yo'?"

Tsukishima woke up in a cold sweat like most days.  He didn't feel right in Arashryugakure, ever since the lower and upper ends merged.  Outside his window the palace wasn't far he remembers watching the soldiers from the lower parts marching to the palace.  He was sure then that a civil war was breaking out, but nothing happened after that.  Tsukishima started to get dressed as he overheard his parents chatting about current events.  Something about the soldiers that were at the palace.  A legion like that showing up and leaving so peacefully,  they must have formed an alliance of sorts... he put his ear to the door to try and listen to his parents speaking.  He couldn't hear much, but he was sure it was a serious discussion.  He finished getting dressed and opened the door.  His parents stopped talking...  "Oi, Tsuki-  A mission came for you.  Go meet your team."  His father said, with his sword on his hip.  "Thanks dad."  Tsukishima left and made his way to his friends and teammates.  They were squatting around a tree.  It was probably around 9:00am by the time he arrived.  He saw Miyoko speaking with Yoshi as he approached.   "Hey." he sat down his bag of freshly sharpened ninja tools and sat next to Yoshi.  He let the silence envelope him for a moment.

Yoshi's eyes were closed up until the moment that Miyoko spoke to him, to which he peeked them open as he responded. "Um, not quiet sure. A few hours now, I think?" he said, continuing to close his eyes once more and resume his relaxation, though he had concluded his meditation. He was intending on conversating longer with his teammate, but his search for conversation topic was cut short by the entrance of their other ally and friend Tsukishima. "Hey, Tsu." he stated simply as the boy sat next to him. He peeked into his bag of shinobi goodies with a bit of interest, though Yoshi purposefully gravitated more towards blunt and thus less lethal weaponry. "Well, we're all early. I guess the start time regarding this mission is more regarding get started by 10 AM at the latest, but still, we're early. Shall we head out? Personally, I want that doubled reward so we've got a lot of work ahead of us!" He asked rhetorically, as he began to do just that. He headed back into his half of the village, Arashigakure, to the slums of the lower section. The lows of the lows.

Miyoko scratched her head and smiled lightly. He's been here for hours, that's dedication, considered the genin to herself. She rubbed at her chin slightly before replying. "Hello Tsukishima, Miyoko gave the boy a smile and a slight bow. "I agree, we should get started as soon as possible. I doubt we can force something like this, so we should expect to spend a few hours staking out. I'm less concerned with the money and more with our next step as shinobi. We're so close to becoming chuunin; I can taste it," uttered Miyoko in response to Yoshi. The trio exited the park and headed into the lower parts of the village. Many of the poor lived here; moreover, there was a decent amount of people with the Sharingan living in the slums. There was a dichotomy between those with the Byakugan and those with the Sharingan in Arashryugakure, often exhibited through wealth and oppurtunity. Fellow people with the Sharingan looked down on Miyoko's family. This was because both of her parents moved her out of the lower parts of the village a long time ago. Before she could even remember, Miyoko had lived isolated from everyone else. A small little home nestled in the mountain Arashryugakure sat on top of.

Tsukishima pulled his Knuckle dusters out of his bag and tucked him into his pants, before activating his saibogan.  "Well guys, lets get this show on the road."  He scanned the area where the weapons shipment was supposed to be.  There was a lot of stuff in the way.  Buildings and whatnot were everywhere he looked inside each of them seeing some things he probably wasn't supposed to see.  "Ok I don't know why I thought that would work so easily."  He deactivated his saibogan.  "They're supposed to be in the lower end of town right?"  He scratched his face while he thought.  "I guess we should head that way then, and keep an eye out for anything suspicious."

The group started to walk toward the lower section of the city.  It was Autumn so it was especially cold outside.  Tsukishima threw on an extra layer before he left the house today just to compensate.  The roads were paved as they descended and started to devolve slightly into beaten paths.  The style of architecture remained mostly the same in spite of some of the buildings being more decrepit.  He activated his saibogan again.  "I'll be looking off in the distance for people that look like they're moving around weapons,  let me know if you guys see anything more surface level around."

Yoshi and the others proceeded to stroll the streets of their home village, as their ocular-ly gifted friend scanned far and wide. Though, sometimes the details could be lost in the bigger picture, thusly Miyoko and himself kept eyes on the street view. As they walked, the first handful of streets they didn't experience any issues, but as they got deeper into the slums he noticed looming and leering coming from the residents in these neighborhoods. "Hey, guys, see that huh? We may wanna double back to this location, and keep an eye out while we're here." Out of the corner of his eye, he caught a home with some symbols he didn't recognize and a figure peeking from a window quickly shy away. Hm? he thought, though he shrugged it off as they had more urgent goals. The group was just a few blocks from the cargo crates and docks that they intended to investigate.

Miyoko hoped that Tsukishima's dojutsu would make this mission easier, but she also knew that it was all down to time. His Saibougan would hopefully prove useful for analyzing the weapons and collecting them. Miyoko walked alongside Yoshi tugging at her black coat ever so often. Miyoko couldn't help but look around and see sorrow. The genin presented a hard exterior, which she did indeed have, but she also felt deeply for others, especially the weak. "I'm conserving my energy for now, but I am keeping an eye out," announced Miyoko in a hushed tone. The trio couldn't help but stand out. It was as if Tsukishima as staring into a microscope unaware of what was directly around the genin. Yoshi suggested the trio double back and Miyoko quickly chimed in. "Let's investigate the docks first and circle back like Yoshi said," replied the young girl. They began walking in the direction of some of the docks in Arashiryugakure that they wanted to investigate. It didn't take long before the trio to step onto the docks where Miyoko questioned Tsukishima. "Do you see anything out of the ordinary Tsuki," murmured the girl.

The group was now at the docks, Tsukishima started to scan the area once more.  "Hmm...." his eyes darted around rapidly and in separate directions like a chameleon.  "Looks like there's something in one of those boats."  He pushed up his glasses, which... might just be obsolete.  "Yeah yeah!  There's some guys opening a crate full of contraband Kunai, and the other crates have stuff in them too!"

Tsukishima pulled his knuckle dusters out of his bag and slid them over his fist.  "Lets get closer.  If we get the jump on them we can end this fight before it even begins." 

Tsukishima darted unto the docks and crouched along the boat next to the boat that was their target.  It was mostly uninhabited.  He started to sally unto the deck of the boat, and from up there even without his saibogan he could see unto the other ship where sailor types were digging around in the weapons.

His knuckle dusters gleamed in the sunlight.  "I'm Iching for a fight, but... you guys got any ideas.  Looks like there were more people here than anticipated."

Yoshi and the other Genin he accompanied approached the boat lot, and just then Tsukishima alerted them of the illegal activies and nerdowells within it. Hm... he pondered to himself for a moment, rubbing his chin, and as he considered Tsukushima continued on without him. Well, okay then I guess getting closer to discuss strategy is just a smart as keeping our distance, he continued as he followed them begrudgingly. He looked to his teammates to discuss strategy, "whatever we decided to do, I can provide sufficient support. We could distract them, if we feel like we're outnumbered that would leave them vulnerable." He spoke quietly, as to not draw any attention to himself or his squad.

The trio managed to sneak closer to the boat where 'pirates' were smuggling arms into Arashiryugakure. Miyoko's Sharingan activated and she scanned the sailor's chakra natures. Both Yo and Tsuki wanted to plan out an attack. "Nothing is impressive about any of these sailors. I doubt they have any real control over their chakra anyways. I'm going to engage and knock a few of them out. Tsuki be ready to help me if they swarm me, and Yo be ready with ninjutsu from a distance," announced the girl as she stood up to face the boat. Miyoko's Sharingan could pick up nine feint chakra signatures on the boat. Five were above deck moving kunai while the other four were below deck up to something nefarious. Miyoko jumped over the water onto the boat to the surprise of the sailors. "Girl's like you shouldn't come around us sea bunch," one of the sailors called out as he approached Miyoko. Her hand's quickly moved on their own as she used Raikyū which sprouted five electric balls around her. The man approaching her was the first struck with the pink orb of electricity. The orb of raiton chakra shocked the man and knocked him back onto the ground. Following this attack, Miyoko launched the other four raiton orbs at the remaining sailors above the deck. Only two made contact and launched both of the sailors into the surrounding water. The other two quickly rushed down Miyoko both with smuggled kunai's in their hands.

Tsukishma nodded slowly as he listened to Miyoko's plan.  "Right,  I'll be right behind you."    The sailors continued to rotate around the boat until Miyoko made her attack.  Tsukishima followed and hid just behind her while she made her attacks.  Right before the sailors made contact with Miyoko, Tsukishima managed to block the Kunai.  He locked blades with the sailors and struggled to fend them off before finding an opening, and striking both of them in their foreheads with his dusters leaving behind little puncture wounds.  "The other's haven't noticed us yet."  Tsukishima's eyes darted around at the other sailors.  There were five left.  "The captain and his first mate are up by the helm.  The rest are down there." Tsukishima pointed below deck and signaled to Yoshi to make a move.

Yoshi sat back as Miyoko stealthily and strategically engaged their target shinobi. She's like a cat... or a rat? I dun know, he thought to himself as she rushed off to fight. Yoshi watched as Tsukishima followed Yoko into the fray, and continued to subdue a group of these crooked sailors along side her. Yoshi realized they were more like pirates than sailors, but he digressed. As they fought, Yoshi gained distance and went to fight the captain and his first mate. He went up the steps to an elavated room and knocked on the front door. The boy made his voice as deep as he possibly could as he spoke, "Uh, captain, we got a problem!" He stepped to the side as he waited for it to swing open, and just as it did he struck the opener with his bo staff in the foot and then subsequently in the exposed jaw. This sent the first mate onto his ass, successfully taken care of Yoshi stepped over him gingerly as to not hurt him further than what was necessary, and confronted the captain. "Um, anyway you would surrender?" he asked coyly as the grizzled and now crazed with anger man brandished a rusted tanto.

Miyoko rushed up towards the captain's room where Yoshi waited. He easily took out the first mate and was questioning the captain. When the girl approached there was a large blade of wind that was produced from the captain's rusted blade. He reared it back and attempted to launch it at both Yoshi and Miyoko. Her hands moved to the ground by themselves when she used Doton: Doroku Gaeshi to create a wall of stone before the duo. There was a loud crash as the blade of wind collided with her wall followed by an explosion. The captain had used an explosive tag to blow his way out of the back of his quarters. "He's going to dive for the water, don't let him get away," called out Miyoko to her friends. The captain was running away on the water with each of his footsteps producing ice beneath it. Miyoko flipped off of the ship onto the water using her chakra control to stick above the water. "One of you secure the weapons," announced Miyoko as she darted after the captain. She could determine with her dojutsu that there was only four meters between her and the man; moreover, she was gaining on him. Miyoko used Kesshō to produce four crystal shuriken in her right hand. She threw all four at the man's legs from behind. When struck, the captain fell to the ground and placed his hand on the water. The water around him and Miyoko froze while also freezing her feet. He pointed his tanto at the immobilized girl when she used Jagei Jubaku, summoning two heavy snakes in her sleeves. Before he could lay his blade on her two white snakes coiled around him. Both were disabled by one another on a small patch of ice in the water. Despite trying to pull her feet out the ice was too strong for Miyoko to rip her feet from it.

Tsukishima watched as his friends were attacked.  The captain turned out to have some tricks up his sleeve.  Tsukishima made a break for the weapons shipment.  With his saibogan activated he could see through the old wooden ship and down into the lower level.  The four remainders were catching on and looked up at the sounds coming from the helm.  Tsukishima could see their lips moving.  Tsukishima found the hatch that led to them and leaped down it.  He scurried around behind one of the pirates and sank one of his knuckle dusters blades deep into his shoulder.  The pirate moaned in agony and the other three were alerted.  Konoha Kage Buyou - Shadow of the Dancing Leaf Tsukishima started to mimic the movements of the closest pirate who was putting his fist up like he was about to box Tsuki- before Tsukishima delivered a swift upward kick that sent the pirate crashing through the boards above and out into the water.  The second pirate approached, cutlass in his hand, and fury in his eyes.  Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo  Tsukishima interrupted the pirates advance with a punch to his face, a kidney shot, a nut tap, and to finish, he lifted him by his legs and threw him on to the floor boards before jumping and kicking him breaking the floor boards and exposing the lower hull under the ship.

The final two pirates stood back to back while facing Tsukishima with Katana's drawn they guarded the weapons shipment.
