aijin and the child known as Yoshi had met a few weeks prior to the current day; today was to be a very important moment in Arashiryugakure history, specifically for the people of Arashigakure. The Day of Sealing! Usually, this was a ceremony held in regards to the christening of a new Raikage and the subsequent implementation of the Fuu no Raijin; but today was an entirely different but just as important day, today they would be sealing a tailed beast inside the young Yoshi and creating a Jinchuuriki. A protector of Arashiryugakure and it's people, and one of two, the other hailing from Ryugakure and holding the two-tails respectively. Raijin and Yoshi approached the council of grand elders who were to perform the ceremony; removing the seal from Raijin's palm and implanting it onto Yoshi.

Yoshi had been lead down a long corridor in the Kage's barracks in Arashigakure by the Raikage, Raijin Hakujin, himself! He was awestruck, although Raijin and Yoshi didn't see eye to eye on the way they performed their ninja duties, Yoshi nonetheless had a deep respect for the strength and restraint he had heard of and seen first hand from the Raikage. Not just that, but he was an icon for the people of Arashiryugakure, especially the poor in Arashigakure as he represented strength, vigilance, perseverance, and the ability to overcome even the worst of odds. When the young boy was summoned to the barracks he was shocked, as were his parents, but it said in the letter he had received weeks before the date that due to his overall reserved disposition, natural skill with ninjutsu and chakra control, and generally peaceful position led them to choose him as the Jinchuuriki of the hot-headed and ferocious 8-Tailed Beast Hachibi no Hebi. He was unbelievably honored to become an icon for his people, just like the Raikage. They eventually entered a chamber room that was filled with older people he only recognized from the backgrounds of important village ceremonies and festivals; he had never really gotten a good look at them before, they were CRAZY old! The gestured him to lay down on a projected slab of cold stone, he was shirtless so when he laid down he exclaimed, "eek! cold!" He shot up a bit, but was set back down gently but firmly by an older woman who was wearing a more ornate outfit than the others. "Brothers. Sisters. General Raijin. Let us begin the ceremony!" The woman weaved a multitude of handseals that Yoshi has never seen a jutsu ever require, it was an unbelievable amount, but eventually she finished and gripped the wrist of Raijin while planting her hand on the center of Yoshi's chest.

A number of other elderly shinobi, composing Arashiryugakure's Elder Sage Council, were performing handseals in the background as the main one gripped Raijin's arm and held her hand firmly on Yoshi. As she began to chant, her eyes turned blue with electricity and crackled slightly. Yoshi's flesh began to sear as lightning ran through the other two and into him, as well as the immense pain of the tailed beast forcibly being sealed within his human body. The searing of his flesh began to take shape and specific form, specifically around his throat and chest where the burning currents were the most focused. This was where the seal would be visible, just above his breastplate. Yoshi screamed out in pain. Raijin was brought to one knee. The old woman was sent flying back into the feeble arms of the other elders. Lastly, a deep and terrifying roar echoed within Yoshi's mind as he lost consciousness. He woke up in the infirmary of the Raikage's barracks being tended to by medical nin and over-seen by the Raikage, his parents and the head elder where they discussed how he was feeling and the lot.
