[PTab=Village Defenses & Assets]
Asset Name: Ninja Academy
Cost: 両25,000,000
Description: An organized academy for training young children in the art of the Ninja, bolstering the army. When an Academy is built, the Kage chooses up to 10 points of Jutsu that Genin level ninja of their village will gain for free, granted they have the stats. It is therefore advised not to choose too powerful jutsu.
Jutsu Given:
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique
Classification: Ninjutsu, Bunshinjutsu, General skill.
Type: Supplementary
Range: -
Requirements: --
This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Name: Karasu Bunshin no Jutsu - Crow Clones Technique
Classification: Ninjutsu, Bunshinjutsu.
Type: Supplementary.
Range: -
Requirements: Bunshin no Jutsu.
A technique that produces a clone by projecting one's own chakra towards dozens of "crows". Because it uses crows as a medium, it requires less chakra than the normal Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, while still being able to perform techniques. The dozens of crows come together to form the body of a clone. When the chakra projected by the user is severed, the crows disperse, though the user is still able to continue to speak through it.
Asset Name: Library
Cost: 両15,000,000
Description: The Library helps the village ninja train their mind. The Library asset allows your ninja to use the new level x 2 guideline for raising Intelligence.
Asset Name: Academy Mentors
Cost: 両15,000,000
Description: This expansion to the academy helps young students to find their own path as a ninja. Villages with this asset give their Genin a boost in EXP which may be used exclusively on Jutsu. The EXP cannot be saved in any way. The boost is equal to 7. The jutsu chosen through this boost must be declared. NOTE: REQUIRES NINJA ACADEMY.
Asset Name: Kage Tower/Organisation HQ
Cost: 両22,000,000
Description: The first time this asset is bought, it counts as a Kage Tower, which acts both as a symbol of power, an abode for the Kage, but also a place for a single specialized division, usually the one closest to the Kage, to have their HQ. Additional purchases of this asset allows for additional Organisations or divisions.
Asset Name: Expanded Armory
Cost: 両20,000,000
Description: Additional weaponry and armor available in the village allows the ninja to get the best they can when outfitting themselves. The Expanded Armory adds half to the starting Ryo to newly created ninja. This increased amount must be spent, or be lost.
Asset Name: Stadium
Cost: 両30,000,000
Description: The stadium allows the village to hold tournaments of all kinds, whether it be Chuunin exams, or simply pay-to-participate type tournaments, which may add funds to the village.
