Takeo is known to be independent and rebellious. Growing up alone has left him reclusive avoiding the judgement of others. Continually Takeo is aloof towards most opinions of him. Despite being someone who lacked confidence in their own skills; Takeo has settled into a comfortable understanding of his abilities. The chuunin's determined nature has refined him allowing him to throw his all at anything. He has always been a bookworm; moreover, he has also always sought a higher understanding. The chuunin has gained much more control over his emotional state through mediation. Takeo is nihilist with his own life believing he is simply a vessel to help others. He is a nimble strategist who keeps his composure. Always organized Takeo tries to prepare himself for all situations, and he cannot help but strive for perfection. The chuunin often demands perfection from those around him as well; consequently, Takeo often disappoints himself. He has taken his heavy heart and lightened it some over the years learning to adapt and prevail.

Takeo's height hasn't changed, still 183 cm, but he has gotten somewhat bigger. The chuunin's face has filled out some making him look older but still young at his core. Takeo has also refrained from cutting his hair allowing it to grow out. He now has long black hair cut short on top. Two locks are wrapped in purple bandages and framed on either side of his face. His eyebrows were cut short, a symbol of his growth, and he has dark eyes. Normally, he wears his hair back in a long cylinder, but sometimes when going all out he will let his mane down. Over time Takeo gained blue-violet markings around his eyes, which are turned up at the corners. Most assume these markings are cosmetic, but no amount of cleaning can remove them. Takeo himself has no clue where the markings came from; they simply formed over time. He wears a high-collared, white kimono held closed by a dark sash. The collar of the kimono is adorned with black magatama; continually, Takeo usually wears his white hitai-ate around his neck as well. He wears a black full-bodied suit underneath. His black body suit meets his black ninja tabi at his shins. Takeo has mostly forgone his flak jacket in favor of more mobility, but he still wears it from time to time. Despite not wearing gloves like he used to Takeo still places seals on each of his hands; moreover, he often paints his finger nails with black or white nail polish. His white kimono makes for the perfect place to conceal white seals for all his ninja tools.

The Sharingan (写輪眼; Literally meaning "Copy Wheel Eye") is a Doujutsu Kekkei Genkai, which appears in the descendants of the Kokuun clan. The Sharingan is not automatically activated in the user by birth. It is only first unlocked under some stressful or emotional condition after which the Sharingan may be used freely. When the Sharingan is first activated by a user, it has a different number of tomoe (巴) around the central pupil, varying between users. The wielder of the Sharingan, through continued use and training, evolves it further which involves gaining more tomoe, up to a maximum of three per eye. As the Sharingan evolves, the user gains heightened abilities.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

This puts much mental strain on an inexperienced ninja.The transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured or hit.

A technique for physical restraint, quite as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. This is a basic ninjutsu usable even by Genin, but its intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level. In addition, depending on the user, the technique can be cast on every target at once, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions. This debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody.

A technique that produces a clone by projecting one's own chakra towards dozens of "crows". Because it uses crows as a medium, it requires less chakra than the normal Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, while still being able to perform techniques. The dozens of crows come together to form the body of a clone. When the chakra projected by the user is severed, the crows disperse, though the user is still able to continue to speak through it.

Similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu , this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.
Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person.

This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a Fuuma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand.
The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning," ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summonable ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics.

This seal is one of three, the other two being Chi no Juin and Heru no Juin. Like the other two cursed seals, the user has a stage 1 and stage 2 of the cursed mark, and they get a boost to their power. This specific seal gives the user increased physical capabilities when it is active, and it consists of three tomoe (the design known as mitsudomoe), similar to the Sharingan. When stage 1 is activated, the seal turns orange-red and spreads flame-like markings across their body. When stage 2 is activated the user's skin, hair and eyes are very dark and they gain two hand-like wings on their back.Stage 1: Requires +4 Control and gives +3 power and +3 control, it only lasts as many posts as half of the user's total stamina and costs a lot of chakra. Stage 2: Requires +8 Control and gives +5 power, +3 control and +3 accuracy, it lasts as many posts as half of the user's total stamina and after this the user will be nearly all drained, they can glide and increase their jumping height with their wings. The only person who can use this jutsu, Kamakiri Osuma, can quickly apply this seal by causing his worm to directly bite a defeated opponent, injecting the cursed seal beneath the skin, causing excruciating agony and death to anyone not strong enough to withstand the surge of chakra.

Anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.

This breeze is almost inviting in its level of temperate heat. Of course this wind isn't just for the purpose of warming up his enemies. Atsui Soyokaze has the unique ability to apply Shakuton related genjutsu through contact with the warm winds.

Takeo can infuse his scorch release chakra with that of kyuubi's only projecting it from his lowerback. This creates three shakuton fox-like tails that can all be controlled independently; continually, these tails can vary in size from anywhere to one meter to ten meters. Takeo can alter the size of each tail at any moment often increasing their length and width. Due to the chakra tails being made of shakuton chakra they are extremely dangerous. Contact with even one tail can cause severe burns. The shakuton chakra is so intense it can easily evaporate water it comes into contact with allowing it to act as a defense to suiton jutsu. Each tail gains density the larger they get meaning contact can not only descimate the target but also crush them.

This is a genjutsu that reveals the fears that dwell inside people's hearts. Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in. If the mental image is a gruesome one, the shock will be accordingly great.

This genjutsu creates eerie black ninja illusions, which appear one by one from trees and rocks, and corner the enemy. Their movements are slow, but when attacked they multiply, and in this way they appear like ghosts inhabiting the mist. Kunai and other weaponry can be added to this technique, by throwing them to match illusions movement, making them seem real. As the clones continue to multiply, the victim will eventually be worn down.

The target is completely robbed of their mobility as they see the mirage of a tree coiling itself around them. Given that the subject remains conscious, this jutsu proves extremely efficient for information-gathering. Once the target is immobile, the user can then attack the enemy.

Yet another genjutsu created from the combination of the Sharigan and Shakuton. Yet this one is one of Takeo's particularly dangerous genjutsu. Magen: Atsusaoujou forces the target into a dream-like state created by Takeo. Within this reality the target is bound by kunai through their own hands and feet on the ground. Immediately the target will experience intense heat waves as they witness a large sun slowly come drifting down towards them. This massive shakuton orb moves at an exhaustively slow rate. The bound target will await their inevitable "heatdeath" as their skin begins to melt away. Time within this illusion moves at a snail's pace causing the target to slowly cook to death. While in reality Magen: Atsusaoujou can last around a minute.

This genjutsu only works while being attacked by an opponent with something deadly. The genjutsu uses the last attack and creates am image where the user fails to finish creating a jutsu in time making the attack look like a success and completely killing the user. The whole illusion is made to lure the opponent into a false sense of security for a sneak attack, or to make a hasty retreat if necessary.

The genjutsu requires the use of the Sharingan. The opponent is caught in the mind world created by the user, and the victim will be tormented with the sensation of having spikes driven through their limbs, completely taking away their body's freedom. At the same time, the physical pain accompanying the illusion reveals the great use this technique has for primarily torture and such.

The user simply looks the victim in the eye to begin the genjutsu. The victim is then placed into a dream world where they are strapped in a deep, dark hole and are unable to move. The victim is blinded in darkness and feels various things, from bugs crawling on and under their skin, to being slashed by a kunai several thousand times rapidly, depending on the users will. In reality, the victim merely goes unconscious. The genjutsu can last a maximum of 10 minutes, if the victim is not awoken prior. This genjutsu is vital in missions where targets cannot be killed. After striking them, the dream world will slowly form and the victim will begin to feel drowsy and will be unable to concentrate and will begin hallucinating, and two posts after the genjutsu has been activated, the victim will fall unconscious.

This genjutsu traps a victim in a powerful illusion, applied with eye contact. When used, the genjutsu projects a torrent of crows, leaving the opponent at the user's mercy placing the target in a dream like state. Often used to stall, the user can manifest themselves within the genjutsu, typically as a mirage of crows.

By simply tapping into their beast's chakra, a jinchuuriki begins their initial transformation. They are surrounded by a layer of red, wispy chakra granting them enhanced strength, speed and healing.
This transformation lasts a maximum of half of the user's stamina, plus their mastery. During this transformation, the user gains +2 to Force and Speed, -1 to accuracy, and also gains access to several jutsu while retaining the ability to use their own personal jutsu.

The Bijuu forms a dense shroud of chakra around the jinchuuriki. The shroud, a translucent red with bubbles of chakra (reminiscent of boiling liquid) forming all along it, provides a degree of physical protection. The physical changes experienced in the initial transformation become more pronounced in Version one forms.
The shroud that encompasses the jinchuuriki vaguely resembles the corresponding tailed beast. Because chakra is malleable, the shroud can extend beyond the reach of the jinchuuriki, often used to create chakra-arms that allow them to interact with their environment. The most significant manifestation are the tails that sprout from the jinchuuriki's body, up to the maximum number of tails that the corresponding beast possesses. As with the chakra-arms, these tails can aid the jinchuuriki by grasping to their surroundings. For each tail produced, the jinchuuriki gains an incrementally greater boost to speed, strength, and of course chakra.
When the max number of tails is reached, corresponding to the number of tails of the Bijuu, the user gains +3 to Force, Speed, and Power. This transformation lasts for half of the average of the user's Stamina and their Mastery. This does not stack with previous forms but does enable the user to perform jutsu which require Shoki Jinchuuriki Moodo.

Lucky to be born into such a renowned family Takeo cherished his youth to begin with. Both his parents possessed the Sharingan and shared the Kokuun name. Takeo loved his parents both very dearly but often taking them for granted. Somewhat of a prodigy as a child Takeo obtained his Sharingan at age five; furthermore, he joined the ninja academy the following year. Despite his early childhood being swell Takeo's life would not remain this simple.
Like most ninja Takeo's first step was becoming a genin. He did this with ease and found a distinct love for this type of work. Yet the young genin craved more intense work, so he sought his eyes on chuunin rank. Early on in his genin career Takeo lost both his parents, and this death was never explained. With his parents' death shrouded in mystery Takeo felt betrayed, this left him empty. His love of being a ninja remained but his motivations changed.
Now a ninja who desired his own strength Takeo lost enthusiasm for his family. The Hokage being a Naien changed Takeo's worldview. He didn't see the Kokuun as being first and sulked his way to chuunin rank. Takeo had his own reasons to continue fighting, Tenkaigakure had become more than the home for the Kokuun. As a proprietor of genjutsu Takeo desired to control the situations around him, so he could prevent anybody he loved ever dying again.
